What is the legal method of refueling?
Why are the boat drivers, owners not in trouble for this?

This is clearly an issue that needs to be handled by none other than the PM himself. He has a proven track record of taking on the big issues, his success is another story though.

I would suggest many Thai elites and HiSo's also require spinal treatment, most are spineless.

So BJ is pulling in more tourists. Is that pulling them in for questioning or encouraging them to come to Thailand?
Is he the chief or acting chief. Thought he was No 1, confusing.

OK let's have it, 10pics of BJ over a 2 week period with stories of she lied, we are going to meet with her, cannot interview her, then finish it off with great honest deed by some taxi driver or some other grinning numptie.

A proper system of education?
Realistic laws that are actually enforced?
No more coups?
A society based on merit rather than connections and/or 'face'?
Intellectual property protections?
An honest bureaucracy?
Stable, demand-responsive, democratically-elected government?
Opportunities for all, not simply the few?
Honest police?
The complete overhaul of the Ministry of Education?
The drastic shrinkage of the Thai military?
Social equality?
Teachers that actually enter the classroom?
Etc, etc, etc
Am I getting close?
Pretty close.
I'll add: get rid of the computer crimes act. LM. Perhaps you covered these in the line realistic laws.
And of course the banishment of superstition.

Yep, the bit I liked was the original report where they said it would take a week to identify who it was. It is on the Top of ITunes!

An artificial reef, a reasonable idea for diving tours and a postive environmental move. But they just couldn't help themselves could they.
I haven't read the Phuket News story, do I need to.

Looks like "Piglet" has got his brothel creepers on?
Don't see the connection between Immigration and Defense and property fraud, thought would have been a job for the RTP, maybe the RTP are being sidelined?
Why isn't Big Joke in the picture, haven't seen him for at least, Oh 24 hours.

Sure.
It is essential that everyone stepping foot in the country understands the male Thai brain.
It is truly unique.
And if you had that understanding would you come for a holiday?

Where is the Phoenix now? Have they managed to lose it in very deep water yet?
All the fuss over Chinese tourism and how valuable raising the Phoenix would be to the investigation in order to improve tourist safety and deal with the wrong doers.
The way I read it is, assets were seized a salvage budget has been pillaged, is there anything left to bother with?

Amazing Thailand his crime of course requires punishment, although his state of mind needs to be taken into consideration.
The thing is this happened when? not so long ago I believe, meanwhile crimes of murder and mayhem committed by others crawl through the justice system at snails pace some long forgotten.

For those involved in petty bickering over BJ and the Immigration departments action on illegals, I believe and as has been pointed out before on this forum. This is all for domestic consumption like Trumps wall, brexit and Australia's hardline boat people policy.
