But does the fancy kit exist, has it been tested? where did it come from? what kind of combat arms training do they have? What are they actually supposed to be trained in, besides marching All things to be determined in the fog of battle Lots of unknowns.

It's not uncommon for cannibalism to occur in remote areas.
