ผู้อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีบริบูรณ์เข้าใช้บริการโดยเด็ดขาด
I read it as "persons under 20 years of age strictly not allowed in to use services"
people who use services are customers I think ?

I have had some repairs that were exposed to the sun start cracking and coming apart after about 7 or 8 years.
If you paint it it will last a bit longer..same with PVC pipe exposed to the sun.

The tap itself is leaking and I will get a replacement tap.
Excellent you just saved at least 3,000 baht and a bigger embarrassment when the new heater still "leaked"
????????

There is supposed to be another pipe attached where the drip is emerging...it will either be the shower head or a tap / valve if you have the input connected directly to the wall with no valve
(that comes with the heater) then the wall tap/valve is leaking...the pipe inside the heater is straight through with no valve/tap.

Waiting for a suitable "bigwig" to cut the ribbon ??
but seriously I think there are still sections that are not even started..maybe land rights dispute ?
At the moment the stretch of Sukhumvit that it joins is a nice new widened and freshly tarmacked
drag/race strip

That is a new food court area under construction not empty shops.
Well I went to have a look myself yesterday (Sunday 7th July 2019) the new food court is indeed open I would say it was less busy than the old food court at the other end of the floor was, which is now closed and boarded up too.
Jim Thomson shop has moved
All the other shops are still boarded up as I posted before..behind those hoardings are closed shops.
I arrived at about 2PM the car park was full ( as normal especially at the weekend) had to double park, there where plenty of people milling around air-bathing.
Now I'll go back to my "mums cellar in Bum F Egypt"????

A voltmeter that shows 1.3 volt less than the battery actually has. Perhaps a Chinese thingy?
Less is more ? 13.8 is a good voltage to charge a 12v battery with. -
The tropical storm "Mun" was quite weak when it reached Pattaya so not much of a test so far.

Its a 150cc air cooled bike it won't have much power to start with so 90 KPH is not brilliant but not too bad a smaller back sprocket is very cheap just try it and see what happens..
also pump the tires up to the recommended pressure ( higher pressure will give you better speed but less grip/safety)

I would suspect that some rubber dampers on the petrol tank are missing or perished over inflated tyres might also case vibration or bad bearings on the front wheel.

Anyone remebmer Tutti-Frutti?
Yes I remember it, one of the Italian channels ( Rai Uno ? ) had a similar program but there was better entertainment on Filmnet and Tv1000
Tv1000 was normally uplinked from London but at midnight before they could show the "good stuff" they had to switch uplink to one of the Scandinavian countries ( Sweden or Denmark ) quite often the switch over failed ( see the switchover in the below video, signal disappears into snow then comes back scrambled for a while before the D2Mac decoder re assembled the stream )

I've seen some cameras that work on wifi but you can also insert an SD card. Do these cameras still work without being connected to wifi. I just need to be able to pop the SD card in my laptop and watch it back at the end of the day.
Yes they will work without Wifi...you can set them to record on a loop to the SD card..but a few problems the thief can steal the camera/SD card ( you'll not see the thief ???? ) , you'll soon get bored removing inserting it everyday + the card socket can be fiddly and easy to break...
Your laptop most likely has Wifi built in you can connect to the cameras web-server and download the recordings without removing the sd card.

It's tough and a government certificate is only issued to successful applicants. Many contractors fail the audit
@SteveB2 thanks for your interesting update to this thread
can you post a copy of the certificate here ( redact bits if you want) ...so we know what the official government certificate looks like..also is there a contact number so customers can phone and check its a real certificate that "Somchai" presents to say he's qualified.
When you say "timed audit" do you mean a practical test installation with examiner overseeing ?
