This year it seems you don't need to take your witness to immigration and don't include them in photos either..and yes when they come to interview you at home then they want to talk to the witness,take photos and have 2 copies of the witness ID and house book.

Get a "certificate of residence" from either immigration or your home country embassy.

If you don't want to go to the DLT
you'll need to sign a "power of attorney" form...depending on province you may also have to supply a "certificate of residence" from immigration.

Definitely get a "receipt of sale" and copy of the new buyer/dealer ID card.

I had a look on Google satellite view and there seems to be still 2 or 3 (maybe more) sections where they haven't been able to "appropriate" the land yet the road just suddenly stops then starts again the other side.

where you can also get the vehicle checked ( for roadworthiness )  if its  a motorcycle older than 5 years or a car older than 7 years.

I read that a Thai person typically gets a negotiated lower price on a new Honda at the dealer and that a farang can expect no such discount...its full price.

There's a big shop on Sukhumvit just before the "floating market" that has lots of bamboo...never seen it ready made into a fence though..pay someone to make it or DIY.

The air quality in Pattaya/Jomtien has been "OK" ish for the most part

......good compared to BKK and excellent compared to the "burning fields" provinces.

Ill take a guess that the "black list"  contains a list of nefarious sites that should be blocked..AVG has recognised some or all of the sites contained in the list  as "bad"  and has blocked it being downloaded...in this case I'd say its a false positive..as the file trying to be downloaded is meant to protect Kodi from visiting those sites.

I think/hope they mean Thai volunteers...as any foreigners would need a **** ****** 

or they could be in big trouble.
