@Yinn   Do you know where the profits from the legal Thai Lottery goes to ?  all to the government or does any go directly to charities ?

If they are worried about the disabled not having a job if the lottery went online why not just use some of the profits  and give them directly to the disabled.

Thaksin had  all the lottery machines  for online use ready and waiting..but for some reason shelved the idea  I wonder where all those machines went ?

They are giving back  deposits paid for electricity meters,

so for a 5/15 amp meter you'll receive a whopping 300 baht   also if using 5/15 amp meter and using less than 90 units of electricity (previously 50 units) then that electricity is free   use more than 90 and you pay

have a bigger meter then pay no discounts.  

If you  don't pay and they confiscate the meter you'll have to pay  the meter deposit again to get your meter back !

They seem to have done (most of ) the road construction they had planned..south Pattaya road could still do with a nice new surface and the drain covers levelled with the road.
