when I got to the blood pressure station my reading came back 190/120.
Next station was the test, as the nurse approached my nose with the swab I started my vision started floating and I was seeing black spots.
I stopped the testing there and got up and walked away.
The swab test was nothing to do with the vaccination or what ???? sorry for my confusion

Why stick with tot
My only other option is True Fibre which might not be any different or could be worse + they will want a one year contract and to run another cable and install their equipment which might not allow me to use my equipment.. for instance if the router they supply can't be put into bridge mode
or they won't supply me with the PPoE user name and password so I can connect directly to the Fiber/LAN ONT I don't want to be forced to use double NAT if at all possible.
(not quite as bad as CGNAT as I would have control over both "NATS' ?? )

Bread and bakery at Friendship avoided.
Not even close to BigC Extra.
I wonder why no one mentions the "new" glasshouse left to Friendship.
Some "exotic" cooking/baking supplies, kitchen hardware etc.
I much prefer the bread at Friendship or Foodmart (Rick bakery) to the Big C stuff which goes hard as a brick before I can eat it.
The "new" glasshouse is still "friendship" (used to be Decorum furniture store)
that is where I was serenaded by unusually happy cashier.
there is also a "florist" to the right of the main building which opened as a specialist meat department...though could be closed right now I've not paid much attention to it.
Seems no one remembers the basement !

I'm surprised more weren't killed from the blast..the firefighters didn't seem to have any sort of breathing apparatus to protect them from the toxic smoke.
Is the fire extinguished yet ???

all I did was call them and request they change that so that I could connect to my home network
I did that and they faffed about and the internet went down then they called me back and said it was fixed and to reboot the router which I did and the internet "came back" but still with the same problem which I told them so they then sent some "engineers" to look at my "equipment" (ohh err) and I explained the situation by showing them as in the above screenshot..they seemed flummoxed and called their head "honcho" and let me speak directly to him who said that " it, is what it is" and nothing he could do unless I changed to a different/more expensive package..at this point I perhaps foolishly said "ahh you're playing that game" which upset him a bit and said it was the company not him who had made the change but did say that UPnP should work for my IP cameras well thanks but no thanks to that.

Let's hope there is a plan going forward.
I watched a bit yesterday and one of the "officials" interviewed said that there is a problem with recently enabled planning laws which enable these sorts of industries to remain in highly built up residential areas..from what I understand before the factory licence would be reviewed every few years taking account or changes in population density but now the factories are "grandfathered" in
making it "very difficult" to move them away to safer areas.
