There's a ship for them in Chanthaburi I suspect the lcoals would willingly donate; about 15 years ago HTMS Phosamton was towed from its mooring on the Chao Praya to Samet Ngam about 3km up the Chanthaburi river, plan was for restoration and for it to be used as a memorial for education purposes. Repairs, sandblasting and painting began but was abandoned due to, apparently, change of government and lack of funds.
Now 10+ years later it's well settled into the riverbed, water flows through rusted holes in the hull, too late to tow it offshore as an artificial reef, an eyesore that will last the nest generation or two.
History - the vessel was originally HMS Minstrel a WWII Algerine-class minesweeper in the British navy, sold to Thailand in 1947.
