Whilst the OP has provided a heap of information I still cannot grasp the process he described. He had an appointment,who sent him to L1-35? After then going to LI-27 he was sent to another desk? Whilst things might have changed since my last couple of extensions where I went directly to LI-27 showed my appointment email,had docs checked and sent to LI-32,processed and paid, received passport from LI-33. Must have been too simple.

I answered your question Again who directed you to desk L1-35? My last extensions were done by appointment and always done at appointment desk L1-32.

Wow,will wait for sms,but unfortunately I am not receiving sms from AIS. Been to shop installed new sim no change will have to call their call centre for help.

I have made appointments for the last several years,the Io's in L32 are very helpful,last year I had all my docs but the doc checker gal pulled two copies as not needed,on getting to L32 the io printed off copies of the not needed docs without question or comment.

Interesting reading in attached link regarding your privacy. Setting Private DNS as described will encrypt all your search information. Last week I logon via app and received pop-up "to authenticate account" to do this use an authenticator app.. I already had such an app,opened it,created a Wise file in a pop-up window,a code was generated which I entered into the Wise app, all good,account authenticated. I had Microsoft authenticator but can also use Google authenticator,both on play store.

Update AIS put the new sim in my TGF phone for testing purposes. They left it there,,so my TGF had 2 x 1 2 call sims and I had 2 x data sims......very professional!! Today got sim cards sorted and now get error message sim card is full delete old messages. I search my phone I have 6 messages,I search some more and find both sim cards are configured,have now deconfigured second sim and added my 1 2call number to sim 1. Sounds good hope it's sorted

My Australian bank have picked up their game now having instant payouts instead of pre 9am,pay same day and post 5pm, pay next day cutoff times. My Wise transfers to Kbank have never been more than a couple of minutes but mostly completed while I am advising Wise that I have sent the money.
