I currently reside in Thailand holding a retirement visa, American, age 73, in excellent health. I recently had my blood tested at Saint Louis Hospital along with an EKG, blood pressure checked and all was normal. I'm currently insured with an international IMG medical insurance policy that will be renewing December 20th. I'm looking for an Asian competitive priced policy.  The Asian policy doesn't need to be with international coverage, only Thailand. A good recommendation would be appreciative.

I've copied this news article and will show it to the next Immigration Officer that asks me why I have not left Thailand for many years!

It appears International travel from Immigration, to security inspections, to over bookings, to aggressive, unreasonable flight attendants, aircraft engine fires, to bird strikes and terror scares worldwide, makes me want to pass on all the nonsense!

The elderly and people with health concerns should not have stairs in their homes for many reasons.

If they do there should be hand rails for support and security.

If there is an angry person behind you near a stairs let them go first!

I'm hearing some banks in the tourists areas like Nana are now opening bank accounts for tourists to boost their financial numbers.

No doubt with all the loss of jobs, less tourists traveling, less money spent, and low interest rates for so long makes for less bank savers and less cash flow for banks. 

The northern flood problems create more cash flow problems for farmers, business people and banks.

All banks worldwide need more liquidity now.

Actually my research indicates that it is damn near impossible for a heterosexual male to catch HIV from a vagina.

I haven't!  I'm 70 and lived here for 12 years, in Costa Rica 11 years, In Vietnam one year, traveled all over Mexico for many years and lived in the Czech republic for one year while traveling all over Europe.

I think the HIV scare started with condom sales reps!  I get a blood test for HIV  and syphilis every six months.  The results are always negative.

My medical doctors in private hospitals who have practiced medicine in the above countries for many years never had an HIV patient!

 The best investment I ever made was a vasectomy!

Any solid object thrown can potentionally cause serious injury or death.
