At 65 I still don't feel old or think I look old........I still go into bars thinking I look late 20's/early thirties......big mistake. Although the girls....god bless them.......... say I don't look a day over 45.
Ha ha. you believe everything a bar girl says hansum man. Please post your photo- close up selfie and let us be the judge.
I recently went to a 20 yr renunion. Everyone in my class looked so old. I obviously thought I was the youngest looking guy there...

The only draw back I can see uis the possible/likely length of time between shots. It could take months to get fully vaxxed. Whereas with Sinovac, the guidance is within 4 weeks, I believe.
my wife is a key worker and has already had the 2 sinovacs within the 4 week period. Where I live there was a particular hospital where all key workers visited to get it. But to get the AZ on mass vaccination as part of the govt program its at a different location.

@davidst01 great that you got your jab.
Meanwhile I sit in a red area, nothing available at the local hospitals ????
Both myself and Madam are in the vulnerable group, both over 60 and a recovering cancer sufferer, we are registered (a task in itself) but the hospitals just can't get the jabs.
We will just continue to sit tight and minimise outside contact.
why sit tight and do nothing but wait. take your evidence of cancer etc and all docs at 3pm. their queue system is flawed bc people dont turn up.....

Bear in mind your chances of a blood clot are much higher if you catch Covid 19
is this true? are you saying catch it whilst waiting for the 2nd jab? or anytime from now on. Or are you taking the <deleted>?

I got the AZN jab mid May, in Europe. My second jab is early July. I felt nothing with the initial jab, but 9 hours later I felt sensation on my arms and body, difficult to describe other than you know something is going on. A bit later I felt my body temperature lower and my jaw began chattering (as if I was standing outside on a very cold day) and my muscles in my body started to spasm a little. I went to bed and woke up 4 hours later, feeling fine. I guess that was the vaccine doing it’s work? I’m looking forward to getting the second and then travelling again in 2022.were you not tempted to go to ER?

Would this be classified as a COVID-19 death?
I'm guessing no.
My neighbor, healthy, fit 30 - 35 YO Thai male, vaxxed Monday morning with AZ, had a mild fever, groggy/dizzy, body ache/joint pain. He's nearly back to normal today.
Others, six people, I know with AZ over the last month, zero side effects.
come on dr. Dont you think its a bit of a co-incidence that she dies a short time after having the AZ jab..... Its pretty dam obvious that she had an adverse reaction. May she RIP

Its hard to believe but the Government savings bank will not allow westerners to have access to their banking phone app. My wife can as a Thai national but not me. I could only laugh when this was translated to me. Is it a joke. The bank lady said that farang are only allowed to have the LINE app which is all in Thai. She could not work out if it was possible to revert to English language.
Is this true or bs? If you have an account at this bank and have the phone app can you write a comment below.
thanks

Where is 'there'?
AFAIK (I'm in Laos), in Thailand there are no food shortages and banks are not shutting down. No foreigners are trapped in Thailand.
Perhaps you mean the USA or another country?
duh. Dont you know where Myanmar is?
Why are you posting about Laos....

Yes, most Thai homes would have to be upgraded to safety handle charging of an electric vehicle. However, most purchases for the next few years will be upper-income professional types who have the means to make these adjustments to their residences.
You don't know what your talking about it seems.
My mate has a volvo V60. The technician from volvo went to his house and ran the wires from the main box to the spot where the guy installs the charging device and safety cut. No need to 'make adjustments' at all as you presume.
By the way that volvo is advertised to have battery range of 50km. He says it gets 30km maximum and he has to charge it everyday for 4 hours. Its old tech and a pain in the rear end...

There have been a lot of criminal and civil actions against people who cause tarnish to Thailand's reputation and marketability as a safe tourist resort. "Truth" is not a defense for criminal defamation laws in Thailand. The OP may want to be very careful about publishing the results of this survey.
Get real..... Is an islands residents going to get together and track down an anonymous tv forum user and sue them in court. Thanks for giving me my first laugh for today

There was a study done by a Japanese university into this years ago. And whilst it's true that there is an enzyme present in durian that inhibits the body's ability to break down alcohol, you would have to be consuming alcohol in high concentrations, and at a rapid pace before it became dangerous. So unless you're knocking back neat spirits at rapid pace, which let's face it, could be dangerous anyway, then you've got nothing to worry about.
Thais who don't know any better have bought into the idea that any alcohol and durian is lethal and will kill you.
I'm living proof that it won't. The disgusting, and I really do mean disgusting here, smelly s h **Ts on the toilet the next day, after a few beers and 3 or 4 pieces of durian will certainly come close though!!
Some horrendous smelling poos.
You're a classy guy

You have a free version? I have a yearly subscription with Nord VPN and never get messages or asking me to upgrade and log back in other stuff from them. It works like a charm. Very very happy with Nord VPN.
what about when your wifi connection stops. Then the nord icon at the bottom of the laptop starts moving. Click on it, then a message telling me that the wifi has dropped out. click ok on that then nord starts up again. Annoying. I dont want it to start up again. Developers have no idea....

I remember a wellness detox resort being advertised on koh chang island last yr. You can probably find it on google. I had a problem yrs ago drinking too much socially. I got off it somehow and sometimes have a beer now and then. It tastes so good after abstaining.
Good luck
