    Can I work as a part time teacher using my WP that was approved for a different job not related to teaching?

    Last month I had a WP approved based on working at my wifes business. We do not have a limited company and she pays tax via her personal name. Ive heard of 2 other cases where a westerner opened a restaurant and was approved for a WP on this same situation. 

     

    My question is… My WP was approved for a marketing role at our business. If the local government school ask me to work part time (sometimes to help them out) I would like to do this if its legal. Is this permissible? If not I don’t want to jeopardise my WP and wont do it if its not allowed. If anyone has any knowledge about this it would be appreciated. 

     

    I read this quote on another thread:
    Emergency Decree on Non-Thais’ Working Management (No.2) (2018) Section 28 " a work permit holder may engage in any work that is not specifically prohibited to all foreigners on the 'Official List' of work prohibited to foreigners."

     

    According to an online source "As a consequence, any foreigner who has a work permit in Thailand may now, work anywhere, for anyone, and do any type work, that is not excluded by the Official List."

    Pain in the ball of my foot

    I've had pain in the ball of my foot for over a month now. I have arched feet and thought the problem might have been caused by running in rubber 'croc' shoes. 

     

    I went to a private hospital and saw a so called specialist. He sent me off for an xray. He looked at it and said it was hard to tell..... He pointed to 2 lines (shadows) but said its better that I get an MRI. I didnt have time. I then said if I hypothetically had an MRI and it showed a problem what would be the treatment. He said he would give me a special shoe. I asked for that right away and have been wearing it on and off. 

     

    When I take it off the pain comes back. Its a week on now. 

     

    Im claustrophobic and cant tolerate being inside an MRI machine. 

     

    Would it just be a torn ligament? Anyone else had this issue?

    as for the second part - there are plenty of manuals online, almost cut&paste commands, which is enough for basic privacy. Almost anyone can do that.

     

    It's the last part where things get complicated and not anyone can do - setting up a multi-level VPN tunnel especially if you do not have an IP-KVM access to the server.

    1. open up bitkub crypto account

    2. wire your money from bkk bank to your bitkub account

    3. Buy a trezor hardware wallet direct from the company not amazon

    4.  Buy bitcoin or ethereum. 

    5. Move the crypto to your trezor hardware wallet

    6. Buy a plane ticket to anywhere. Carry your hardware wallet in your jeans pocket. 

    7. Arrive in your destination and sell the bitcoin anywhere you want.

    I just looked at browsec url. It says.  'Browsec does its best to hide your identity and lets you stay anonymous.'

     

    Does its best.........     This sounds very fishy to me. Is it saying that its not 100% doing its best or doesnt guarantee........  Its a big red flag for a vpn to use loose statements like that. Does it keep log files on its users when they surf the net???

    Actually number 4 is critical for any small business. Due to the fact that majority of Thai's are on FBOOK its a vital marketing tool. If you get your ad's right and targeted marketing it can really help your business. Make sure they know how to use the ads manager in FB. Ask your reception staff to get your customers to check in when they visit your business. Amazing network effects from this. 

     

    Tell them that these are all starting salaries and that if they perform and help the business you will ensure the pay goes up.
