Just common sense. It is a fact. Ordering Big Macs to your door is like drinking hard liquor at 8 am. Sure, you can do it. But it is stupidity.

Pizza delivery has always been a custom and has been happening for decades. Nothing new about it. That is because it takes time to make the pizza. So you have to wait 15- 30 minutes minimum. Mcdonalds is not the same as pizza.

Fast food is intended for when you are on the road already. Getting it yourself is the wrong move too. But paying someone to make the wrong move and preventing yourself from at least walking to your car or motorbike and back is even worse

Some veggies just for the hell of it but no. It would really be hilarious if you are implying that fast food delivery is an extension of the agricultural revolution.

Umm I only eat fast food when I am in travel. That is what it is intended for. Ordering fast food to your door is terrible home economics.

Low quality food delivered by low quality people to low quality consumers. Fast food was intended to be when you are in travel. You drive through or stop for something to eat when time was tight. But now people are paying someone to deliver food to them so that they can sit on their behinds and gain more weight. Do you just leave the door unlocked so your grubby delivery guy can just hand it to you when you're on the couch ? Plus now when I am in line at some fast food joint, I have to wait for these delivery idiots with their grubby bags to get out of the way. And they usually take big orders of food with them. There should be a diabetes tax when using these delivery apps. Are these people not aware of the concept of walking a meal off ? I am not a health nut in the slightest. But I probably am compared to the ppl that use these apps. Anyway, who agrees ?

I am just doing some searches about the fathers net worth and estimates are 2-5 million USD. I thought it would be a lot more than that. It could be, he is just good at covering it up. It is never certain how money or fame works in these cases. Sometimes it isn't corruption per se. It is just about finding the most expensive and famous lawyer. A judge who worked his way up the career ladder could lose it all if he takes a simple bribe. The family of the victim could follow it and make a scandal out of it. But I guess they could be compensated too. I guess if you get everyone in a room and start writing big checks, it could be done. 3 million USD for the victims kin, 3 million for the judge, 500k for some underlings that were present.

But people are ignorant that rip currents exist. They think that the flags are there just to warn novices of the waves. It ain't their first wavy beach. So they go for it. To be cautious , they find a calmer spot to go in. Which is exactly where the rip current is. I swam in beaches in the Mediterranean, Mexico and Canada. Some that get wavy af. But I never heard of rip currents till I got to Phuket. Im not sure about Jomtien or Wongamat but I dont recall seeing anything about them in Pattaya beach either

It is worse than that in a way. Some of us have been to wavy ocean beaches like in Mexico, that just don't have rip currents. So we have a false sense of experience even with the waves.

Because some ppl are completely ignorant of rip currents. They think that the flags are out because the waves are big. But maybe the beach they've swam at locally at their home country is wavy and never has rip currents, they think "oh, i can handle these waves". The warnings are just a precaution because of the waves. When they are really a warning for deadly rip currents that they don't know even exist. I have been to beaches in the med , western Canada and Mexico, and I never really heard of rip currents until I went to Phuket. And read about these drownings on forums like this.
