    Nice, semi-furnished, aircon quiet studio apartment with lots of natural surroundings. Less than 10 min walk to Bang Chak SkyTrain station. 20 minute walk to Lotus or Big C. 7-11 5 mins. Was B4500 a few years back. Prob B5000 now. Disaporn Mansion, Sukhumvit Soi 91, Bang Chak.

    Yep. Extremely high standards and expect perfection outta myself (tho not). Don't like running with the pack, nor have (nor need) many friends. Integrity is first, foremost and always...which is main reason for having few true friends. It's in short supply. Do my best work and "hunting" solo. Groups can be enjoyable & fun and do well in them, but in small doses.

    Tho tips not required, I always tip. People work hard and appreciate it. Generally B20 max works fine for either ride or food. For a B50 ride I give B60. B75-90 ride, give B100. Sometimes I give more when when in a really good mood or driver strikes my fancy❗ Don't overthink it. ANY tip is appreciated.
