Be sure to understand the exact process the surgeon will undertake. When I had mine done on my left foot the doc explained that he would fuse the joint on my big toe but….I didn’t fully understand the consequences. I can’t bend my big toe at that joint because the joint is fused and although it isn’t painful now….the healing process was long, arduous and painful. It was like having to learn how to walk again.
if the pain is on the bottom of your foot and not in the joint ……consider more conservative approaches in your search for relief.
just want to add this……. The surgeon used a screw to fuse my joint. I had to go back after about six months to have it removed as it was causing pain….after it had done its job. So, another surgery and more pain involved. Again, be sure to ask a lot of questions….

Better to be a test monkey than having a far far greater chance of dying when in a high risk group contracting covid 19
Totally agree! I’ve had one jab….#2 due in two weeks!

I am 100% a vaxer, 72 with 2 pre existing means if i get delta strain it will be lights out, but there have been no long term testing because there hasn't been time, and now mixing because supply dictates that is yet another unknown hurdle, but my situation as is many others is have the vac of whatever cocktail and if i grow a 10" penis so be it.
I agree. I don’t understand the position of antivaxxers. I wonder if they got smallpox and polio jabs? I too am in a high risk group and I was among the first in line when I heard there were open opportunities here in Chiang Mai. One down, one to go in two weeks!

JAL is a great airline. You can check out the seating plans and legroom stats on the website Seatguru.com
Enter the flight number at seat guru will return info with airplane type and seating stats…including “pitch” which is the legroom.
don’t totally discount Qatar airlines though. The distance is a bit longer but the seats may be better.

If this is your first ninety day report you may need to fill out a form. The form doesn’t require anything special….. it’s a tm47 form and available at the imm office. Be sure you have your tm6 with you. I keep mine stapled in my passport. You’ll need the number on the tm6 and the date of entry, etc, etc. and your address to fill in the form. Don’t quote me, but I think Chaing Mai Imm has their own tm47 to use but you can look online to see the type of info needed to fill it in.

Rubbish - he didn't die from "rolling on his phone charger". Phone chargers are 5V DC, that's harmless.
He died from something else such as shoving his wet fingers into the 240V AC plug it was connected to.
Ya. Maybe it wasn’t his finger that got shoved into that 240v. Outlet!

Maybe some ministers have some extra watches lying around that would bring a fair price at a pawn shop….. or they could ask he who must never be named to fork over a few billion. Just a thought.

Why not open a new account to use for your daily transactions and fund it from your existing account being careful to leave the 800k…plus a small cushion, in the original account. Then, just put away the debit card for the 800k account, or…..hand it back to your bank to be deactivated if you’re not sure you’ll be able to “ control yourself, prevent inadvertent withdrawals, fall prey to atm fraud,” etc…..
This would address any concerns you might have with extension renewals and immigration concerns.

I have a simple, three step plan to bring the country back to prosperity.
If the population was vaccinated there would be no need for a lockdown.
Step one: Buy vaccines for everyone.
Step two: Inject vaccines into everyone
Step three: Sit back and watch the economy improve

Vaccines. Vaccines. Vaccines.
Vaccinating everyone in the country is the #1 “restriction” of the virus that need to be imposed.
