My pleasure, I'm always happy to assist the grammar police in their pursuit of correctness.
Good for you. Well said.

Yes he meant rabies, do you feel a lot better now pointing out what was probably a typo.
Much better. Thank you for your concern. Much appreciated.

Possibly spending it on publicity telling people how good they think they are. Dogs are out of control in Thailand and these people getting them sterilized is a pointless exercise helping nobody as a sterile dog can still maim children and spread rabis.
Do you mean rabies ?

Romania is leader in security technology, much of it based on the systems developed under the Ceausescu regime.

I'm not sure I believe a word of this. I suspect it is a fabricated story.

Beats me why anyone would want to do that.
The three imperatives for most people are food, shelter and sex. Thailand has all three in abundance at low cost, I'm staying put.
Well said.

The fun atmosphere on Patpong was killed by the introduction of the night market. IMO Nana Plaza has been the go to place ever since. Good to hear the action is picking up there.

As predicted, the fix is in. He will likely do little, if any, jail time. There will probably be images on TV of him entering prison by the front door, but none of him immediately thereafter exiting through the back door.

A disgraceful article. Anyone backing China's entirely false claim on Taiwan should be utterly ashamed of themselves. Taiwan deserves our respect, not drivel from a grovelling, ill-informed so-called journalist.

China's claim that Taiwan is their territory is rubbish, but no doubt the Thais obtain more benefit from their relationship with Beijing than with Taipei so they will back the so-called One China policy.

Shameful case, however the rich are generally treated better than the poor in most countries.

Very well done for trying to help. I guess the most important question to ask her is whether not she has, or can obtain, her Thai birth certificate.
Best of luck.

I see you all sitting in Pattaya on beach road wearing b50 nylon running shorts, a singha singlet and b40 flip flops. As the group of three old geezers admire the trash walking up and down the footpath one says to the other...yeah, I remember when she'd cost me a fiver. The others would sigh and nod approvingly. Remember when I got 75 to the quid... The others would sigh. Yup, thems the days mates...
STOP for the love of God. It was 20 years ago.

We have ten dogs at our place in Rayong. They are not gentle with strangers.

Been coming to Thailand since the 1960's, worked here in the 1980's, retired and lived here since 1993. Not that much has changed, although the behaviour of some tourists has become markedly worse since flights became cheaper. Also,Thai immigration officials are less easy-going these days, but that's pretty much the same all over the world. Personally I am still very happy here.

This always happens with new legislation. All the various government institutions fighting to get as big a slice of the cake as possible.

The issue has always been the control of the masses by keeping them ignorant and un-educated. It remains to be seen if this latest proposal will change anything.

Criminalisation of weed has always been ridiculous, particularly in the context of the damage done by the consumption of alcohol and the smoking of cigarettes. Well done Anutin. Full credit to you on this.

Many of the jobs in the entertaiment sector require at least some knowledge of English, although most of the gogo dancers get by on looks and/or other skills.
