I'm 77 years old, 35 years in Thailand, with a break in Taiwan from '86 to '93. Obviously things have changed here a lot over time, as they have everywhere else. I've no intention to leave Thailand which is still, for me at least, a good place to live and, sooner or later, to die.

I fear you may have lost this money. You must maintain close control of transactions such aa this.

Leaving the EU without some kind of transition agreement in place is like moving out of your flat when you have no other housing lined up, but this seems to be what the UK is going to do. Or, it'll stay in after proclaiming loudly for years that it is leaving.
