In Taiwan for 5 years my neighbour had three male pitbulls. They were a delight. Friendly, and full of fun. They were, however, properly cared for by their owner. In this case the death of the owner played a part, no doubt, and we have not been told what triggered the attack.

Unfortunately we are let down by a few of our number who are thuggish, rude and thick.

We are let down in Thailand by the appalling behaviour of a few thuggish, thick westerners. Don't blame the Thais for their attitude. People in most countries don't take kindly to foreigners conducting themselves badly.
