This is another Thai quirk. A vehicle, which to Western eyes is painted 'silver' is registered in its log-book (Tabien roht) as 'Bronze'
This is not a mistake it is the official description in English used by the DLT.
From the linked report:
......bus crashed into the rear of a truck carrying sugarcane, as it was crossing from the in-bound to the outbound lane.......
Policeman: "We require you to be tested for illicit drugs"
Clubber: "I decline to be tested and am going to run away...Watch" (sprints for an exit and escapes)
Policeman: !*!#
The two Chinese men have been charged under Section 263/9 of the Criminal Law for possession and use of forged passports
Where did the use the Canadian PPs? It was pointless showing the Canadian PPs at the EVA Air check-in desk since their tickets would have been tied to their Chinese PASSPORTS.
They entered Thailand on their Chinese PPs and must have exited on their Chinese PPs. Stopped at the departure gate they were found to be carrying forged Canadian PPs 🤔
Yes, your eyesight is better than the accused. The police officer is having to hold the charge sheet right in front of his face so that he can read it. Maybe, when packing his bags, he thought the item was a deodorant stick.
Thank you NanLaew, for the full explanation.
I am surprised that there are leather upholstered seats on commercial airliners. I thought they would be impractical.
