  1. That is so, move the saddle closer to the bars so some of your weight is shifted a little more on the bars. I had a very bad sciatic nerve episode from bicycles many years back, but not riding them, I imported and re exported bicycles into Singapore also had five retail shops on the island, at weekends I would help out in one or other of the shops, customers would always want to try a bike which was usually the one at the back behind the ones at the front, so lots of reaching over and lifting whilst bent over, not good!! My doctor and chiropractor wanted to refer me to surgeon, I was not keen and borrowed a two channel tens, the first day I used it was the first time I was able to sleep without pain. If used correctly you put one pad on the damaged area and one pad on to an accupoint, the pad on the damaged area helps regenerates tissue and promotes healing, the pad on the accupoint blocks the pain receptors. I have a couple of tens machines my original four channel from China and a more modern one from Lazada.

  6. I remember a similar kind of shooting incident when we were shooting on a range near Thetford UK, the range office called to stop firing and the one person pulled the slide back and cleared the gun then dropped the gun down below his waist and pressed the trigger, one bullet was still in the barrel and it entered the top of his leg severing an artery. The police came and interviewed the few people who had not already quickly left....
  7. When we get aircons cleaned, my wife stays with them and watches them like a hawk, when they split up to clean the outside unit I will usually go with them to make sure they do it correctly. We also have cameras in every room and 14 cameras outside, call us suspicious or careful or what?

  16. The aircraft suffered a bird strike and possibly had one engine out. Were the crew preoccupied with that event and maybe forget to lower the gear following the bird strike? (speculation) From the speed it could be they were trying to take off again. (speculation) There is a longer video on the ABC website it shows 13 seconds between touchdown and overrun. Runway length is 9186 feet. If they touched down at the 1000-foot marker they touched down late and were very fast and used all of the EMS (Engineered Materials Arresting System) before hitting the perimeter wall, average ground speed to over run could be as high as 208kt. A sliding aircraft on a concrete runway is not easy to slow down, they would have slowed quicker on the grass at the side of the runway.. Were slats and spoilers deployed in order to slow the plane down? Were thrust reverses deployed in order to slow the plane down

  22. 29. You will not discuss the specifics of prostitution. Although Thailand has a visible sex industry and acknowledgement of that fact is not forbidden, ASEAN NOW is not the place to seek or give information on this topic. ASEAN NOW seeks to protect children and other at risk groups from exploitation on the internet. Any content that appears to be inappropriate or exploitative will be removed. //CLOSED//
