  1. I understand Biden's remark is comical now. However, your claim is innacurate. Biden's documents were found on 2 November, and he mocked Trump in September. September is before November, not after, right? "During an interview on "60 Minutes" from September, Biden was asked about the viral photograph of top secret documents spread across the floor by the FBI following the raid of former President Trump's Mar-a-Lago home..........How that could possibly happen, how one anyone could be that irresponsible," Biden responded. 2. As mentioned to you previously, it took 2 months between the time the NARA noticed the DOJ and the reporting of it by the media, for BOTH Biden and Trump cases. 2 months in both cases!
  3. How many documents are classified every year? How are they kept track of? Do you know? About your last question, maybe 20 documents can escape attention while 300 cannot. Actually in the case of Trump, It's much more as the NARA is not only keeping classified documents. Just during the raid they seized 11,000 documents (in addition to those the NARA already recovered before). 20 documents may be unnoticed, but not tens of thousands of documents.
  4. That's old news. Already discussed many times.
  5. As before, an intentionally misleading and truncated presentation of facts. As already replied to you in another thread, it is a faultless SOP. When lawyers find anything marked classified, they leave it as it is and call Sauber who is accredited to access classified documents. Following the initial discovery of the Penn Biden Center documents, whenever a document bearing classified markings was identified, the search was suspended of the box, file or other space where the document was discovered, with the potentially classified material left in place as found,” Bauer said, adding the US government was “promptly notified.” https://edition.cnn.com/2023/01/14/politics/biden-classified-documents-wilmington-delaware-home/index.html BTW, what a contrast with Trump. The people who searched and collected the documents in other locations than Mar of the lardo were not even lawyers.
  6. In particular in the case of a coalition of parties with different political platforms. Was this reform in the program of all parties in the current majority (if any)?

  8. Remind us who was president in 2020?
  9. Once more. He needs to be careful. Trump will be jealous GOP Rep. George Santos raised money for a company that the SEC called a Ponzi scheme: report https://news.yahoo.com/gop-rep-george-santos-raised-175106840.html
  10. Seriously? https://www.nationmaster.com/country-info/compare/(i-(/United-States/Crime/Violent-crime
  11. Faultless behaviour from Biden. He lets the DOJ investigate without interfering. More details will be known later from the DOJ. What a contrat with Trump
  12. MAGA folks are funny! They have been ranting for days, asking for a special counsel to be appointed! And after that, they now complain it may prevent their committee to easily spread its propaganda! It cannot be invented!
  13. Lol! Trump himself signed a law in 2018 making it a felony, giving a clear signal to the DOJ at that time. Garland is actually following Trumps policy! ????
  14. When one starts to lie....???? Video shows George Santos calling himself Anthony Devolder at a 2019 event, raising questions about his name https://news.yahoo.com/video-shows-george-santos-calling-124511851.html
  15. More explanations show a faultless behaviour. Following the initial discovery of the Penn Biden Center documents, whenever a document bearing classified markings was identified, the search was suspended of the box, file or other space where the document was discovered, with the potentially classified material left in place as found,” Bauer said, adding the US government was “promptly notified.” ........... “Adhering to this process means that any disclosure regarding documents cannot be conclusive until the government has conducted its inquiry, including taking possession of any documents and reviewing any surrounding material for further review and context.” https://edition.cnn.com/2023/01/14/politics/biden-classified-documents-wilmington-delaware-home/index.html Again, what a contrast between Biden's behaviour and Trump lying about the documents, insulting the special counsel, etc... Biden and his lawyers let the DOJ do its job without any interference.
  16. Reported where, when? What was reported? That he illegally took them? That they were considered as Presidential records and that Trump should not have taken them?
  17. Wow. They found 6 pages!
  18. Right. It's only an additional bonus (or malus).
  19. It's the other way round. The documents are marked classified and there is no evidence they have been declassified. So they are considered as classified until it may be proven they have been declassified.
  20. Right, It's been a global Chinese policy, and it is also possible that the presence of Biden made UPenn an interesting target (just like the presence of other influential public figures in the other universities), in the mind of the Chinese. It makes sense. However, it still doesnt support a causal link between the presence of the documents and the Chinese funding, as advocated in several posts on this forum.
  21. Ooops! You're right about the amount. The title was misleading. It remains that 115 other Universities got money from China during the same period of time, and that it is very unlikely that there were classified documents stored in each of these universities. As about the ramping up, you would need have more information before drawing any conclusion. In particular whether there was a general trend affecting other universities or not. It seems you also acknowledge it as you have moved the target to "China looking for "goodwill" and "understanding" among the powerful voices of the Democratic Party..." (at the time of a GOP administration, but never mind). Same facts, if it is the case, they did it in 115 universities, so there is no particular relation to the Biden Center and even less with the fact that classified documents have been stored there (which is the subject of the thread). In addition, from what can be observed about Biden's position, it surely doesn't show a "goodwill" and "understanding" re China. Neither quid nor quo.
  22. Is it not an unusual delay for predicating, launching and announcing an investigation, if we compare with Trump's case. For Trump, the NARA notified the DOJ on 9 February 2022, and the investigation was disclosed on 7 April by Reuters. 2 months later. For Biden the NARA notified the DOJ early November, and it came out in the news 2 months later, as you show. Same same. 2 months after being notified by the NARA. Actually not really same same as the NARA waited nearly one year before contacting the DOJ about Trump's document, and informed the DOJ a few days only after it got the information in the Biden case. https://www.voanews.com/a/timeline-of-the-trump-documents-inquiry-/6734453.html

  24. Are you suggesting an ex-VP would betray his country just to help a University to get more funding? Really? 115 universities received donations from China, some of them much more than UPenn. So, following yourself conspiracy theory line, there should be someone providing secrets to China in each of these 115 universities. From this perspective, UPenn looks quite miserable, compared to Harvard which got nearly one billion from China. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-02-06/harvard-leads-u-s-colleges-that-received-1-billion-from-china?leadSource=uverify wall Harvard received almost $1billion in donations from China. https://www.logically.ai/factchecks/library/360e14a1 Harvard and Yale accused of failing to report millions in foreign gifts https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/feb/13/harvard-yale-accused-failing-report-millions-foreign-gifts
