The western governments need to send a strong message to the people in these country and let them know, don't come by boat as you will be sent back. The NGO's should not bring them to Europe, drop them back to where they came from. It may seem heartless but this flood of illegal immigrants need to be stopped. 

He needs to serve prison time, sorry doesn't cut it, his attack was overkill. BIG TIME. I hope the security guard does not take compensation and this animal goes away for a long, long time.

Some customer service training wouldn't go a miss too. After all this is the LoS so having them crack a smile wouldn't hurt either.

Damn, I saw this guys request to find medical help for a leg injury that same day on FB Expat Bikers. His lower leg / ankle looked quite inflamed and sore. I wonder if that had something to do with it. RIP Christian Melzer

So in that case, a hotel limo service is also not allowed, as that is also paid commercial service. Anyway normally I've not had a problem with Taxi at the airport but it wouldn't be hard to get around this ruling, like most rulings in LoS. 

In 23 years I've only had to smack my son twice and one of those times was for trying to kick the teacher. Corporal punishment is the last resort. Not the first !

I wonder sometimes where they get these people and if they walk about blindfolded. 

Metal detectors are ok when security stops someone setting them off. Here they are mainly for show, just like mirrors for checking under cars at hotels.

I've also been told by immigration that if I go somewhere, even if its just over night, the house owner needs to report my departure from my place of residence and my arrival back! However I have to report to Samut Prakan immigration and they love to fine you for anything and some of them are really aggressive for some reason. 

A fool and their money are easily parted and unfortunately there are plenty here in the LoS.

Hope it works better than the online 90 report. Tried it many times, successful only once. Now given up.

What I want to see is the total streamlining of the visa process, especially for those people that work or live here. Ideally a 5 Non Imm O & B year visa, no 90 day reporting if you haven't changed address and stop having to give the same pile of documents on each visit. Only give documents that have changed. E,g, Tax, Social etc

Just like the polls said the Brexit vote would lose and Trump would never win. I guess it depends on who runs the polls and the demographics they chose.

Good for her, she has worked hard and got her own business , so I wish her luck. The fact she is also beautiful is a bonus and she hasn't resorted to selling her body as many do in Thailand and they don't look half as good as she does.

I don't think Thai's understand the concept of real love, for a wife or a child. How could he do that to his own daughter ? It wasn't a fit of rage, it was cold blooded murder which he thought out and did. The police should have left him to the lynch mob. RIP little girl.

I've got platinum true and there are still channels showing movies and documentaries etc. Not many but about 10 - 12 so plenty to watch if your bored.

I would really like all western countries to start reciprocating these immigration laws so that Thai's face the same BS that we have too. Also prevent them from buying land in western countries too ! Trouble is, the western governments are too PC for that ! 

He didn't have any intention of becoming the PM, as I recall !! So I am sure he doesn't want to remain the PM  Yes I am sure he is looking forward to retirement 

Perhaps the experts should have looked out the window last night, sure looked like flooding in Bangkok to me. Or is that just minor flooding rather than major flooding.
