Scum. They are a global plague that needs irradiating. Well done BiB. Castration before being imprisoned / deported wouldn't be a bad idea.

The Enabling Act was a 1933 Weimar Constitution amendment that gave the German Cabinet —in effect, Chancellor Adolf Hitler the power to enact laws without the involvement of the Reichstag. It passed in both the Reichstag and Reichsrat on 23 March 1933.

Whoever brought the money with them should have reported it if over 20K USD. But you stated that some family members brought it in, so it should have been below the reporting limit. So hopefully you shouldn't have a problem if they do ask you where you got it from

That happened to me once, when I went to immigration. I told them it was lost, told them the date last reported and they checked the computer. After a few seconds the office said ok, no problem and gave me my new 90 day. No hassle.

We hire Myanmar and Thai workers, Myanmar workers get the same salary as Thai's, but work harder and come to work EVERY day. Nothing to do with wanting to pay peanuts, its all about wanting reliable workers.

Hiring foreign workers does not mean paying them less. AND I don't believe there is no labour shortage in Thailand. It's just full of people with zero work ethics, who don't want any responsibility and are generally LAZY. Even when you pay them more and give them more benefits. When you find a good one, hold on with both hands. There are some out there.

BreXit isn't the problem. It's the useless, gutless UK government plebes and EU dictators like Verhofstadt wanting to screw the UK over, for daring to leave the dictatorship. That's are the problem. BreXit is just the tip of the iceberg. E.g. Italy, Slovenia, Hungary. There are more to come.

Can we have a 50% increase in professionalism too please.

In the UK its legal. They advertise on TV with APR of over 1300 % sometimes
That is day light robbery ! But the government allows it to happen. So in comparison the loan sharking here is nothing.

Just another law that won't be enforced, unless there money in it for them.

If your in the Bangkok area and want good ac cleaners try IAQ Technologies. They are an Aussie company and guarantee their work, the also have a product called GermXit which kills bacteria, viruses, mould etc. They use this product made from Tea Tree Oil after cleaning the ac unit inside and out. www.iaq-technologies.com

Depends on their upbringing I guess. My wife and all her sister are very clean and keep their homes spotless and uncluttered. Don't think it's a cultural thing. It's what their parents teach them, just like everywhere else.

Learning to drive would help instead of just buying a license without passing a test.

Another blot of the Loxley- ASM records. If they paid them a decent wage "security officers" wouldn't do this.

Its the blind leading the blind. Bikes are an easy target and normally don't cause that much pollution. Try BMA buses, truck, pick ups, food vendors during charcoal (Carbon Monoxide) etc. Also get some zoning in BKK and get rid of businesses what normally wouldn't operate within city limits in the west, Japan, S Korea etc. As they are a major source of pollution / VOC's.

You also need to check what you work as. Because some businesses and positions can only be taken by Thais.
Further to protect yourself. The general rule here is once your shareholding is set up it will be a max 51 - 49% in your wife's favour. If you want to make your position stronger break her share down so you have two Thai partners. 25 and 26% shareholding and you 49%. May sound harsh but it offers you more protection.
What ever you do, once set up take the document and lock them away from everyone. Even from your beloved future wife.
Sadly ive hear of too many expats get ripped off by their wives and families. Not all I might add but too many are reported so id hate to thing of the ones that aren't.
Good luck. And i hope she is the one for you.

Using GPS tracking were not effective to prevent accidents, Academic Centre for Road Safety director Dr Thanapong Jinvong said yesterday.
I'm pretty sure if they used the GPS tracking for more than just maps and routes, they will find they have many other functions, including warning the bus company of speeding, swerving, harsh braking, etc. So if they wanted they could be used to prevent accidents as they would identify the consistent bad drivers......but then again, that would be most of them I'm assuming and then the bus companies cannot say they didn't know !!! Ignorance is bliss for them.
