Anecdotal. The melanoma incident rate is 1-30 cases per 10,000 people a year depending on location. Australia is 25-30 cases. That's only 0.25-0.3 out of 100 chance. That's less than 1% of the population getting melanoma even in Australia. My buddy thought he was smarter than scientists and medical doctors just because he knew how to do other stuff. Basically he ignored his skin cancer growing until it was too late. Monitoring your skin and not ignoring ABCD is probably your biggest risk factor. 😜 Nipping melanoma in the bud involves regular monitoring and early detection through professional skin checks and self-examinations. Here's how you can work with a doctor to catch melanoma early: Steps to Early Detection with a Doctor: 1. Regular Skin Exams by a Dermatologist: Schedule a full-body skin exam annually, especially if you have risk factors such as fair skin, a history of sunburns, or a family history of melanoma. A dermatologist can identify suspicious moles or growths that might not be apparent to you. 2. Biopsies of Suspicious Lesions: If your doctor notices an unusual mole or growth, they may perform a biopsy (removal of a small sample of tissue) to determine if it’s cancerous. 3. Dermatoscopy: Dermatologists use a dermatoscope (a magnifying tool with light) to examine moles in detail, identifying subtle patterns that may indicate melanoma. 4. Mole Mapping: For individuals with many moles, doctors may use mole mapping (photographic documentation of the skin) to track changes over time and identify new or evolving lesions. 5. Genetic Testing (if applicable): If you have a strong family history of melanoma, genetic testing may help assess your risk and guide screening strategies. --- Self-Monitoring Tips to Support Medical Checks: 1. Follow the ABCDE Rule for Moles: A: Asymmetry – One half of the mole doesn’t match the other. B: Border – Irregular, blurred, or ragged edges. 😄 Color – Uneven shades or multiple colors (brown, black, red, white, etc.). 😧 Diameter – Larger than 6 mm (about the size of a pencil eraser). E: Evolving – Changes in size, shape, or color over time. 2. Perform Monthly Self-Exams: Use a mirror to check hard-to-see areas, like the back and scalp. Pay close attention to any new growths, itchy or bleeding spots, or changes in existing moles. 3. Track Changes: Take photos of your moles to monitor any changes over months or years. --- Other Ways to Minimize Risk: Avoid Tanning Beds: Artificial UV light is a major risk factor for melanoma. Check Hidden Areas: Melanoma can appear on areas not exposed to the sun, like the soles of the feet, under nails, or the scalp. Encourage Early Reporting: If you notice anything unusual, report it to your doctor immediately—early detection dramatically improves outcomes. By combining regular professional skin checks with vigilant self-exams, you can catch melanoma early, when it is most treatable.

You should do an experiment. Advertise a library reading hour for children. One room has a drag queen reading to the kids. The other room has you reading to the children. When the kids arrive let the parents choose which room they want their kids to be in. Let us know the results. 😂 OK, any you kids wanna drink some Jesus Juice?

Trump just said he is going to pardon the J6 "hostages".

Oh look! J6 Terrorist is a wife beater and a cop beater. What a coincidence. 😘 A Florida man who prosecutors alleged attacked police with an explosive device during the Jan. 6 assault on the Capitol — and whose case was dropped following President Donald Trump's sweeping pardons and commutations issued Monday, was arrested Wednesday on pending federal gun charges, according to court records. Daniel Ball, 39, was taken into custody Wednesday morning, according to an arrest warrant, on a separate indictment returned by federal prosecutors in Florida last summer that charged him for unlawfully possessing a gun as a felon. He had at least three previous felony convictions — one dating back to 2017 for domestic violence battery by strangulation and two in October of 2021 — nine months after the Jan. 6 riot, for resisting law enforcement and battery on a law enforcement off icer -
But but but he said they are going to build a swimming pool at the Timeshare condominium. Why haven't they started yet? 😂

It's probably more practical to have a list of your accounts and the most recent statements along with instructions on how to transfer the money out to your Thai executor. Who cares what you want. You're dead. Deceased. Dead. The Big Sleep. Pining for the fjords. 👋

Holy <deleted>! Un-be-lievable. A MAGA Terrorist with self awareness and honesty. 😆 One of the people who served jail time for taking part in the US Capitol riot four years ago has refused a pardon from President Donald Trump, saying: "We were wrong that day." Pamela Hemphill, who pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 60 days in prison, told the BBC that there should be no pardons for the riot on 6 January 2021. "Accepting a pardon would only insult the Capitol police officers, rule of law and, of course, our nation," she said. "I pleaded guilty because I was guilty, and accepting a pardon also would serve to contribute to their gaslighting and false narrative." -
Not after the Trump Underwear Police find all the hermaphrodites and execute them in the gas chambers. 😜

Graffiti Park sounds "arty" and best of all sleeping in the park is FREE. 👍 Bangkok's street art scene is vibrant and diverse, with several key areas showcasing impressive murals and graffiti. Here are some notable locations to explore: 1. Charoen Krung Road: Soi Charoenkrung 32: This alley features murals by Thai and international artists, including the three-eyed child by Alex Face and a funky bear character by Bonus TMC. Soi Charoenkrung 30: Home to "Scratching the Surface," a wall carving by Portuguese artist Vhils, and stencil work by Italian duo Sten and Lex. Soi Charoenkrung 28: Features "Pukruk" by Meubon, a colorfully dressed bird on a unicycle, and a black-and-white mural by Korean artist Daehyun Kim. 2. Talat Noi: This historic neighborhood near Chinatown is adorned with numerous murals, making it a popular spot for street art enthusiasts. 3. Chaloemla Park (Graffiti Park): Located near Ratchathewi BTS Station, this park was transformed into an outdoor gallery during the Bukruk Urban Arts Festival, featuring works by various artists. 4. When I worked in San Francisco there was a brilliant coworker in R&D probably had a PhD and experience working at startups that referred to himself as "they/them". I thought he was joking until I went to a famous cheap-but-not-so-good local pizza place in Berkeley that had the same sign about calling their employees they/them until you know their gender. First of all, this makes no sense. They them refers to multiple people, not a single person. I don't care what someone does in their spare time but it seems like if you think you're multiple people then you're suffering from a mental disorder, not me. So yeah. As much as Bubba and Lorleen like to get drunk and see a brunch drag show every time they drive down to Nashville from Possum Holler, Kentucky putting such an emphasis on "bending over backwards" for less than 1% of the population doesn't make sense politically. PC is used as a slur by little kids who don't know what the word means, just what they heard on the playground. Politically correct = Polite, respectful, Christian Woke = Not asleep, not deceased That mean old Bogan kid from Australia been spreading his lies on playgrounds all over the world. Go ahead and believe that being polite and respectful to others that are different than you and alive and awake is.... "Bad." Did you believe everything you heard on the playground when you were a kid? 😁

Trump doesn't place hand on Bible during swearing-in Of course not, it would catch on fire 🔥 That was probably a Trump Bible® The Trump Bible ain't for reading it's for slipping your cash "donations" discretely inside. 💵 You see Dark Brandon slipped him a mickey in his tea. Vlad taught him that trick. Trump was so dazed and confused he didn't put his hand on the Bible so Brandon is still the President. Brandon will be running his shadow government from an ice cream parlor in Delaware, a state no one has ever been to before. So we can blame Joe Biden for all of Trump's upcoming failures during the next 4 years. Maybe more. If he suspends the Constitution. Poor Donnie just can't catch a break as Dark Brandon hits it out of the park again. ⚾

Unlike Dear Leader, America pays it's debts and hasn't <deleted> it's creditors in the ass six times in Bankruptcy court. 😋 Donald Trump's businesses have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy six times. These filings allowed his companies to restructure their debts while continuing operations. The instances include: 1991: Trump Taj Mahal 1992: Trump Plaza Hotel 2004: Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts 2009: Trump Entertainment Resorts 2009: Trump Entertainment Resorts (second filing) 2014: Trump Entertainment Resorts (third filing) It's important to note that these were corporate bankruptcies; Trump has never filed for personal bankruptcy. -
Addressing this issue solves the most important problems for America! Economy and inflation ❌ Immigration ❌ Healthcare ❌ Abortion ❌ Crime ❌ OK, it won't do a god damn thing about those things but it will magically make you feel good. Let the hate flow through you, Luke. 😲 In the 2024 U.S. presidential election, the top five issues influencing American voters were: Economy and Inflation: A significant 81% of voters considered the economy a very important factor in their voting decision, with 24% specifically highlighting inflation and prices as their primary concern. Immigration: Immigration policies were pivotal, especially among Trump supporters, with 82% deeming it very important. Healthcare: Healthcare remained a critical issue, particularly for Harris supporters, with 76% rating it as very important. Abortion: The topic of abortion was significant, with 67% of Harris supporters and 24% of all voters considering it very important. Crime and Public Safety: Concerns about violent crime influenced 76% of Trump supporters, marking it as a key issue in the election. These issues underscored the diverse priorities of the electorate during the 2024 presidential race.

Never underestimate the power of dumb people when they get together they can do "great" things. This is going to get dark, pretty quick. Trump's got the Police eating out of his hand. The police view The Constitution as an obstacle to putting "bad people" in "bad places". Police would love to be freed from the shackles of having to obey the law. And now Trump has his Death Squad Paramilitary in place, SCOTUS already told him in a prior decision ANYTHING he does in office "has immunity" and he can't be prosecuted. And now he can pardon his Death Squad for any crimes they are getting ready to commit. What a Golden Age not seen in America since Nazi Germany. ☠️ It's just a "Roman salute" after all. 😲 -
