In the condo where I used to rent, similar properties for sale had price differences of maybe 30-40%!

Personally, I would look at similar condos in the same building/on the same floor, work out an average price - then offer 30% less.

Some condos I looked at are still for sale 3 years later...some people have very unrealistic expectations!

Back in the "real world" I used to love going to Auctions, car boot sales and flea markets.

Despite exploring a lot of Bangkok I am yet to find anything similar?

Are there any auctions of collectibles/household goods etc? (I know River City sometimes has Antique auctions)

Markets - only found some interesting stuff at Bang Sue Jct.

Flea markets - nothing good.

Any suggestions?

Absolutely no way a RM could just "slip off".

She's great.

But they are so busy I think she gets rushed off her feet.

Without knowing budget or type of food how can you recommend a "great" restaurant?

Jing Seng in Soi 15 for eat as much as you want a la "Suki TeeNoi" style.

Eat as much as you want buffet in the J W Marriott or Goji in the Mariott on Soi 22.

Waterside Resort for a cheap party.

The list is endless.

Funny something similar happened to me but I never heard from the Police!

It's a cesspit - especially London.

I had to visit Cornwall - it was cheaper, easier and quicker to fly from Gatwick than get a train.

If you watch the above watched the video - the "results" are explained quite easily.

It's purely a result of the number of videos posted - so any Tik Tok video with #PattayaBeach is included - hence Pattaya is number 2.
