I have an OA visa and wonder about my 90 day address notification.

My last arrival to Thailand was April 2. My reckoning is that July 1.. a Sunday.. is my last day. If I add the 7 day grace period.. That's July 8. Can I add that Sunday to make it July 9?

I'm asking because my next flight out of Thailand is July 9. I would rather skip the trip to Promenade Immigration in Chiang Mai.

Thoughts please.

I have been researching a new beach life place for me.. Ao Nang.. Koh Samui.. Phuket and Hua Hin. 

I have travelled to all these places except for Hua Hin. From looking at Facebook groups.. and numbeo.com information.. Hua Hin is "expensive". My budget for a nice studio condo or small furnished house in any of these places is 12.000.. is this doable in Hua Hin.. Near the beach.. Out of town a Bit? How about a small meals out.. in line with Bangkok or Chiang Mai? Cheers. 

Hua Hin and Ao Nang Krabi have, but if beach and nightlife is important, then? Ai, dependes on what kind of night life you prefer. Hua Hin have hips of beer bars, and so, and Ao Nang Krabi last time I was there, have not so much. 
 
Hua Hin do not have much of a beach with clear water, but beer bars, and Ao Nang have Islands with nice beaches but no nightlife to talk about. No shopping at Ao Nang, but Hua Hin have great shopping. Pattaya I would not use beach at all, but have good nightlife and good shopping + the best choice of food. 

 
This is because you have become accustomed to NOT having a proper public transport option. 
 
Case in point, why would you ride a motorcycle, or drive a car, around Central Pattaya when you can go anywhere there for 10 baht?
 
 

I would not choose Phuket because of the traffic there, and that is the first reason, and the second reason is lack of cheap public transportation. I drive motorbike myself when down there, but realize it is as much stupid as last time I was there. Phuket is ruined totally! 

I have been living in Thailand for 3 years. I like the idea of being an expat in Phuket but getting around the island concerns me.

If I remember correctly the taxi fare from the airport Phuket town was 1.700 baht? A short taxi ride of just 5 minutes ...about at 300 baht . Correct? 

I am not at all keen on riding a scooter on Phuket... Just too fast and crazy for me. Yes.. I could buy a car.... But parking it at each destination... Was not easy when I rented one before.

So how does one get around the island to visit freinds... Explore... Or check out another beach? What are my options? Song taew? Bus? What exactly? Or... Is there a more pedestrian friendly town that the need for transportation is just not needed very often? Cheers.

That could have easily been me before my divorce 4 days ago.. which by the way was facilitated by local police to prevent such drama!

Yes that is correct.

[mention=229568]1happykamper[/mention] just to clarify your confusion from your OP, the reason that the admitted until date kept changing every time you entered is that you get 12 Months permission to stay every time you enter Thailand up to the last day of the visa's enter before date, hence why the admitted until date kept changing.
So as per UbonJoe's advice, you could depart and reenter Thailand on or before 22nd May 2018, which would allow you to stay for 12 more months.
Please do note that if you plan on departing Thailand after the 23rd May 2018, then you must get a re-entry permit before departing to keep any current permission to stay alive.

My OA visa was issued May 23 2017. My first entry into BKK with that visa has an ADMITTED UNTIL stamp date of May 26 2018.

I have travelled out of Thailand by air several times since May last year and each time I return the ADMITTED UNTIL date is stamped differently.. The latest states. Leave by 11 January 2019!

Help me out.. I must renew/extend in May this year.. Or I can wait until January next year?

at 2:59 the silver car actually veers the WRONG way to avoid the collision! Stupid people on bike.. but the driver had no clue how to avoid them

What makes you think that the body is bent? The damage is not so bad.. Really.. As for loss of your business income.. I doubt that very much... If you had first class insurgents maybe you had a chance. All the best.
