  1. My dad used to do what they call.a "Hopaote" technique Its using a finger or two plunging it into between the butt cheeks !
  2. You are still taking a risk I guess you use "risk management" though , obviously if it's some iced out tattooed muscled guy pushing in line in a Walking street 711 you would have to analyse that "risk" of saying anything
  3. Ok heard Kali ( knife fighting ) is better for elderly people to learn? Anyone heard of that or know knife fighting skills ?
  4. I wonder if they actually do work?? ( the electric stun things they sell at Thai markets) .is there much voltage?

  8. A " mind control" course ? 🤣🤣
  9. Good point ,you have to have a level of situational awareness Walking towards drunk farangs at 2am in Walking street would be high risk I guess
  10. Well if there was money to be exchanged it would be 18 I'm told Maybe a Thai lawyer can clarify that
  11. Unfortunately in Australia they privatised the job seeking services ,so apparently they only want people who have been unemployed 6 months or more so they get bigger commissions Mind you there is no unemployment here in Australia if you want to work Hard to find tradies , retail workers etc Many restaurants closed ,no staff They are so desperate to bouncers outside nightclubs they are taking 70yo 's and I kid you not
  12. I couldn't be bothered carrying that spray What about that electric stun thing they sell in the market stalls??
  13. Back in July in Pattaya I was in the McDonald's one week night I walked in to see several young farangs seem to be Europeans ,in their 20's one was dancing ,singing shouting I'm standing there suddenly he grabs me from the front collar with one hand and tries to pull me into dancing with him. I was froze for a minute his friends laughing with one pulling out his phone to record Suddenly this guy gets more violent and grabs my shirt to pull it off me over my head I used my right hand and swing it down which didn't do much good but off balance is ,no one came to help The question is Are you able to defend yourself in a situation like that ? Be honest , can you fight ? Are you able to defend yourself? Even if your in America you wouldn't able to use a gun because some drugged kid grabs you do you have to use your own hands
  14. Bob lives in a studio room in the Nirun in Pattaya . Don't know if you have been past the Nirun ,but a lot of shirtless farang outside with tattoos all ages holding a beer bottle ...and absolutely nothing wrong with that !🍾
  15. Wow! Thanks for being honest Did you just go on holiday or did you live there for awhile?

  20. So you must live in the North West of Thailand? Is it the North East that is hot and dry ?
  21. Absolutely! But remember not everyone likes what we like . I love my Thai massages
  22. So the question is please be honest ....how many of you actually made the retirement to Thailand whether that be Pattaya or another place and ......ended up going back to your own country.... because of boredom OR it just wasn't what you imagined. I believe a few Aussie guys on here did. now I just watched a YouTuber who after one year retirement in Pattaya is going back to Europe as he is bored in his one year retirement in that one year he mentions everyday was the same ,he rented a studio in Central Pattaya , rose every morning, had his coffee on the balcony, went to the gym and the day became boring. It wasn't the excited lifestyle he thought it would be I was surprised there was nearly 100 comments from older guys who had taken retirement in Asia from Thailand to the Philippines and all said they were or had gone back to their home country , all said they got bored ,life was boring there in retirement a few mentioned "heat" and they were not used to it everyday ,others mentioned traffic and noise etc but the main was boredom it's not always about financial reasons ,as I said these guys are cashed up retirees going back to their countries after a year or so I think they in reality once retired miss their routine, and how many of you say 6 months into retirement living into Thailand actually have thoughts of regret ?
