The short answer is: Listen to @ubonjoe. You don't need a work permit to manage your own money. Even if you did, it would be almost impossible to obtain.

Download the MEA app. You can add your account by using two numbers shown on your paper invoice. You do not need to be the owner to do this.
You can pay by debit or credit card and also by internet banking with most major banks. Again, you do not need to be the owner to pay the bill.
Fee is between zero and ten baht depending on your choice of payment.

What is your budget? Affordable is not the same amount of money for everyone.
Also, what do you want in terms of schooling? A Thai language only school? A Thai/English speaking school? An international school? Do you want a certain curriculum taught, such as British curriculum or American curriculum?
As you mentioned, top tier schools in Bangkok are expensive.

This graph is not to scale. Below is a to-scale graph produced in Excel.
No criticism of the poster at all, this is an observation about the graph.

The weapon was actually a pistol housed in a frame that allows for greater accuracy when firing. It wasn't a machine pistol, even though it looks like one.
I fully understand your point though, and I highly doubt that the pistol he used was correctly licensed to him.

While the subject of Covid19 in Thailand is necessarily a wide-ranging topic, posts such as the British navy coming to Phuket, or police officers in America dying from covid are a bit far from the mark.
