Songteaws reduce traffic congestion - a full songteaw carries maybe 14 or more people...
But very few are full - And an empty one can be a downright menace on the road...

Check out lazada... right now they have 10% off on purchase over 2K baht...

^^^ Unless you have driven it while flat and damaged the outer tire - Then it might cost you 5-800 baht... and as stated before this is your responsibility, even as a renter.
-
^^^ Wayned... Wrong orifice...
Note: WD40 comes with a straw for precise placement...
-
On a separate side note... from your picture where does the water go in a good rain storm?...
-
I would recommend you have a AC guy come out and replace the insulation and wrap... given the way it look I would also have them clean both the outside and inside unit as well as top off the freon... it also might be a good idea to make some sort of roof over the outside unit to shelter it from the rain and heat of the sun...
-
It gets even worse... The Don doesn't even know the history or present leader on North Korea...
-
Given you don't want to make huge structural changes - I would recommend an exhaust fan to help remove the hot air from the attic space - install a couple in the ceiling in the bathrooms or in the hallway in the top floor (not in an air conditioned space) mine are in the bathrooms and I just wired them to the existing lights in the ceiling which are low watt bulbs... Amorn sells a nice unit for about 800 baht... also look at how the sun hits your house:roof... plant shade trees or a row of tall bamboo to stop the sun

Your odds of being called out for over baggage are at the ticket desk more so than at the gate... get their app on you phone and get your boarding pass from the ATM kiosk of have a friend keep the bag away from the ticket gate and you collect the tickets alone
-
The thing I would worry about is if there are any dead pixels on the tv... they are not considers a defect but can really be a pain - I would buy from a place where you can see the tv screen running before you buy... take a USB flash drive with two high resolution .jpgs - one totally white and another totally black - this will allow you to see if there are any dead pixels

Here is a good summary of the prepaid options available...
https://thaiprepaidcard.com/3g-data-plans-for-12call-dtac-and-true/
I use Truemove H prepaid monthly 199 baht for 30 days 1.5gb of data... if I go over that within a month you can add a extra 1gb for 99 baht... it's simple buy a sim at the 711 activate, fund and press *900*8816# after that just make sure the account has enough funds at the end of the month as it will auto renew and deduct the 199 baht (plus tax)

PS... don't bother with any of the 3G plans as they are slow and you will be disappointed...
-
You can easily and cheaply get your Dropbox's 2GB free lifetime limit up to +18GB...
go on eBay and type in dropbox...
-
I have the short styled one that are cut off at the knees...
I wear them commando style around the house...

Got to say I'm glad she didn't get charged with anything. Who's going to refuse free money and especially a Thai female?!
Putting it in the bank is a pretty good indication that she had no idea the money was bad.
My guess is the bad money is in baht ingots at her mom's house...

Update... I went with FedEx... 2,000 baht ;-)
-
To avoid the Thai vs Farrang argument they just need to charge 10 baht for squat... 50 baht for sit down stall...
This reminds me of a time I was at JJ Market and the old Farrang guy in front of me was arguing with the bathroom lady wanting a discount from the 5 baht as he only needed to piss...
-
^^^ They sell a small pint for about 200 baht... they have a generic brand "acrylic sealer" for about 170 baht...
Or just try some clear nail polish

Everybody time my partner suggest that we go and buy food for diner at the market it ends up costing me more than a salad and pizza at The Duke's... and the refrigerator reeks of klong kritters and durian for days...![:coffee1: :coffee1:](//forum.thaivisa.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png)
