    The motorbike rental business in Pattaya, Phuket, Hua Hin etc. works like this: Pay the local police the usual fee and they can park their bikes wherever agreed with the police, so public land is simply used privately without them being subject to legal prosecution.

    What Tax? As long as the Thai government is not even able to provide the necessary documents in a language other than Thai, why should I pay taxes? If someone wants something like that from me, they should do something about it. The government still owes potential taxpayers binding information, which includes at least English paperwork!
