Not sure that makes sense? You can only "search" the Check In date back 7 days (error message provided), whereas the Date of Inform fields can be widely adjusted. Not being able to search more than seven days back hardly seems like a "main search criteria"? But I am often wrong.

I thought that the record search was done via a date range in the Date of Inform fields? From, To. That works for me. To me it looks like that range can be greater than one week? On the old system the search range was limited to one week.

What is your reporting office? Some, many, most seem to turn around on-line filings quite quickly, a few days at most. But there is an acknowledged problem at CW. I think I've seen a report or two here or on FB which indicate some improvement in response times at CW, but waiting to see more.
