9/11 is a good one.....3 steel core skyscrapers collapse into their own footprint on the same day never happened before or since.

Oh dear, yet another one comes out of the woodwork..........Conspiracy theorists of the world unite as you possibly have a new "leader".

What on earth makes these people believe in this nonsense??

Alex Jones has talked about it for a long time.

There have been mainstream media reports about "ideas" to block the sun with chemicals sprayed into the upper atmosphere to combat the "global warming"   "climate change"

    "catastrophe"

Anyone who starts a post mentioning the name Alex Jones, is sure to be ridiculed one way or another, just the same as he was when he went online to say that the Sandy Hook massacre was a government con job and that no one was killed.

Some of his nut job followers, believing the nonsense he wrote, actually visited the grieving parents of those who were killed, banging on their doors demanding to see these "so-called" dead people.

Fortunately sanity prevailed and he was found guilty and was ordered to pay around $1.1 billion in damages. The guy is a dangerous nut job/conspiracy theorist and should be locked up for a long time.

  3. With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it's worth reflecting on the death of a very important person which almost went unnoticed last week.

Larry LaPrise, the man who wrote "The Hokey Kokey", died peacefully at the age of 83.

The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in……………and it all went downhill from there!!

I've just watched season 1 of Ripley and it was very good IMHO. It was recommended by @oxo1947 earlier in this topic.

     https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11016042/

I enjoyed the movie, "The Talented Mr Ripley" as I especially like Matt Damon and thought he was excellent in the movie, so I may well have a look at this series as much time has passed and I'm often in the mood for watching movies I watched previously.

On that note, I downloaded and watched "Kursk" last night and enjoyed it (again).

I've got 2 absolutely mint Tag Heuer watches both F1 which franky are sitting in boxes unworn

One watch I've worn 5 times in three years (funerals weddings) and the other just once lol in same period

They are sat in secure drawer frankly doing nothing !  Whilst not high end designer watches per se both are 23% more expensive new today for identical watch

Someone in another post suggested Facebook, and I have an antique (40 years old) Eterna (Swiss) quartz solid 9 karat gold wristwatch which I don't wear these days, but I have no idea as to its current worth, and I doubt if I would find out even if I put it on Facebook.

Like yours, mine is sitting in a drawer doing nothing apart from looking quite lovely. I did wear it for a few years, but it has been sitting idle since I acquired a stainless steel watch, along with the bracelet.

Perhaps I'll get my act together and look around a bit more. Good luck with yours.
