Dear Protesters;
We must inform you that your request to exercise your rights by criticizing the government is disapproved. You have the right to appeal this decision within 7 days for final disapproval.

Five banks get BOT okay to use facial recognition technology
Bank of Thailand’s brightest minds are already hard at work exploring ways to use this futuristic technology…to create a demand for colossal new piles of redundant and unnecessary paperwork.

You may be very well be right.
After all…Prayut (and Suthep) conspired to create the 2014 street violence which gave Prayut an excuse to hijack the government. Lies, fraud, and treachery are a major part of his job description.
And Prayut has already shown that he is more than willing to attack and inflict harm on the Thai people…to get what he wants.
He's been a greedy, immoral, hypocrite for years and it's made him filthy rich...he's not going to stop now.

Navy drone intercepts diesel smuggler off Phuket
The fishing boat was initially suspected to be carrying some 1,400 litres of illegal marine diesel.
However subsequent precise measurements using official, approved, unquestionably accurate, super scientific Naval equipment showed that the fishing boat was, in reality, only carrying 50 litres of illegal marine diesel.
After paying a 500 Baht fine the boat was released…while the somewhat heavier Naval vessel reportedly returned to port.

More timely, innovative, and bold thinking from Thailand's military elite.
Slave labor for Thailand’s many thousands of brave, patriotic, Generals must be absolutely fit and ready to serve. The rigors of national security demand nothing but the best slave labor available.
It certainly wouldn’t do to have some feeble, unhealthy, non-socially-distanced soldier shining the General’s 'new normal' shoes or washing Mrs General’s 'new normal' designer underwear.

For a transaction of this type, a 70 K ‘incentive payment’ is terribly insulting.
Vigilant, hardworking government officials risk their lives protecting the homeland against evil foreigners. They deserve fair and appropriate compensation for their selfless, heroic efforts.
This now the “New Normal Bribery”...and wrongdoers cannot expect discounts.

While they are at it - why not make it permanent? Also useful to handle the students.
(I guess they are thinking about it)
That may not be far from what’s planned.
Even if (at some point) they 'officially' stop renewing the Emergency Decree….it’s more than possible that the most repressive aspects of the ‘emergency’ will simply become permanent fixtures of everyday life. Who has the firepower to disagree?
So....some twist of ‘Martial Law Lite’ may be with us for a very…very long time. After all, what sort of illegitimate authoritarian state would want to let a good emergency go to waste?

The...only....real...purpose of the Thai army is to threaten and point weapons at Thai people.
Their only other function is to occasionally dress up for Hi-So parties and try to look pretty.
If Thailand were ever invaded by some foreign 'threat'....the Thai army would surrender so fast they probably wouldn't even have time to try and sell their gear.

Another brilliant, far-sighted move by the Hero-General and his heroic band of well-dressed warriors.
While others are wringing their hands and moaning about silly distractions like the economy…the Fearless Leader stays focused on the priority issues facing Thailand. As all correct-thinking people know...lavish, extravagant, luxurious transportation for the military elite is absolutely essential to ensure the country's security. And security is job one.
All true patriots joyously praise the nation’s leadership....who remain battle-ready and poised to meet any and all challenges.

Not at all sure how you find a tangible plausible link to China but up to you !
Okay...what it means is that this government will never do....anything...that could potentially anger some countries....particularly and especially China. Which only means that the 'without exemption' part of the CCSA statement....doesn't really mean 'without exemption'. It means 'sometimes without exemption' and China is an example of when...it...will...not...apply. China does whatever it wants in Thailand.

Not quite the same situation as slipping off to a condo with no supervision or even the approval of the other residents. Does the approval of Thai authorities for that does also imply the rights of the other occupants of the condo are of no consequence in favour of brown nosing some Diplomat??
Yes...it directly implies that the rights of ordinary condo occupants are of no consequence to this government if it means potentially angering...China. Not Estonia, but...but China.

Right....as if the 'without exemptions' actually means...'without exemptions'..
Can you imagine what would happen to the Immigration Officer who insisted on stopping a Chinese diplomatic passport holder and...subjecting...him to an involuntary 14 day
quarantineimprisonment? The offending IO would likely see a 50 year course of quarantined attitude adjustment.

Unfortunately…the greedy, opportunistic gang of thugs that has stolen their country will only leave when they are forced out at gunpoint by new gang of greedy, opportunistic thugs.
And the cycle of uniformed banditry will continue….

Visit your neighbor for a friendly and amiable chat.
Tell him (quietly) that someone has damaged your car. Let him know you’re telling him this because of your close friendship and you want him to be careful...as there are vandals about.
Then tell him (with just the trace of an evil smile) that the wax on your car contains a very powerful…but very slow acting toxin that is released when the surface is scratched. A special farang poison so lethal that the slightest contact will ultimately result in a painful and lingering death. Of course you don't worry because you have an antidote...but the person who damaged your car is in deep trouble.
Remind him again to be careful, tell him again how much you value his friendship...and return home. Make sure to smile and wave whenever you see him.

You have to admit…the staff who dress the General every day are really on top of it. All the Isan trips come compete with snappy ‘common farmer, man of the people’ costumes.
Wonder what delights the wardrobe wizards will have spun up when General finds reason to court the ladyboy community….

'Delicious taxes': Thai protesters use Japanese cartoon hamster to mock government

A diabolically clever tactic…
Challenge the nonsensical and ridiculous clowns in government to an endless game of “Who can be the silliest?”
Okay General…your move. Surely someone with a closet-full of comic opera costumes can ‘out-silly’ a bunch of youngsters.
