    I knew a guy in Krabi with a Thai wife. He had a big idea to build a house then flip it. He gave the build about 10k usd and never saw him again, he said he dropped off a big water jug though. He tried to sue the builder. 2 years later he split with his wife and moved back the states after 20 year in Thailand. The whole thing was too much for him.

    Here is the app. You fill out with your photo editor and then print it out when you get your photocopies. They you can have a nice neat package ready for when you arrive!

    You can renew on the last day of your visa but probably not that good of an idea in case something happens. You need 2 photos, a photo copy of your passport id page and current visa (not folded) also 1900 baht. The app you can fill out before hand or at the office.

    You could use a thick canvass awning that roles up. Then when you want the sun or it is too windy you can just roll it up. The problems with metal roofing is that when it rains it might be noisy, also the rain might run back up under your roof into your house, expansion and contraction, might not last so long and not look good.

    Don't be surprise when you come back in 10 years and they don't who you are. Then when get upset they will call the police and have arrested for causing a disturbance and offending a Thai national.

    To change and grow as a human you need a couple of things: 1. Self awareness. Be conscious of your actions and affects of those actions. 2. Empathy. Empathy for yourself and for others. Sadly Bob, seems to be lacking in these two areas.

    Marijuana is not a cure for alcoholism. You can try AA or a treatment center, a psychologist or take baclofen yourself. (read the FAQ's before)

    Stack some bricks or patio tiles behind the window. Or giant pane of glass. or Wood. A 2" foam sheet would the last choice.

    I just make my own. You can order xylitol on lazada. All you need to do is boil some water for 1-2 minutes then add some xylitol. The get a nasal dropper and apply it. Make sure you boil the water well or you might get a brain ameba!
