  1. There are lot of little things that are dangerous in Thailand like improper foot paths, steps, low hanging ceilings, lack of railing, railing too low, etc. For a westerner there are lot of things we take for granted, then they are drunk and forget to be careful. You need to be careful all the time, where you walk. There are open sewers and sketchy covers over them everywhere.
  2. Thai food is fun for a little while, not the rest of my life. I cook my own food now where ever i go. You can be sure the quality is much better when you buy your own produce. Check out a 'folding electric cooking pot" on Lazada.

Ordinary passport holder who wishes to enter the Kingdom for conducting business or working is subjected to be granted a Non-Immigrant B Visa. 1. Ordinary passport holder who wishes to enter the Kingdom for conducting business or working is subjected to be granted a Non-Immigrant B Visa. 2. Photograph of the applicant, taken within the past six months. 3. Letter from a company stating the objective of the visit to Thailand or Document showing correspondence with trading partners in Thailand. (eg. Letter confirming employment details, business registration or business license of a partner company in Thailand). 4. Letter of invitation from a trading company in Thailand. 3 and 4 would be from the company doing the manufacturing. Seems like a good way to make money and stay in Thailand long term.
  14. Would i need to start a Thai company or would just a business visa be enough if i am registered in my country?

  16. Always use a money belt that you wear around your waist. Only take it off to stash it in your room or safe. When you take your passport out put it back in. Keep track of much money is in your money belt incase someone sneaks in and takes a few. Have a mini lock for a zipper pouch to prevent tampering.
