These establishment folks are something else aren't they? Not to mention the zombies that adhere to politicians on the TV., especially the one that bails out his own personal interests, you know like the hotel industry...
These elected officials squabble over petty assistance to the same people they have screwed over.
But what is really horrific within the American political arena is that many continue to believe in 'market fundamentalism' or 'trickle down economics.' I say such people have been had.
Those who have (ThaiVisa & in general) had arguments against socialism and government hand-outs, should really be ashamed of themselves now.

In none of the posted pictures do I see GSB. Or am I blind? Just mentioning as I got my insurance from GSB Bank.
Some places want a work permit and others don't.

Result: DENIED and given seven days extension. ????
came in on visa exempt stamp. And extended one time already. Came with original poster letter and also generic USA embassy from other poster.
immigration official insisted the letter need my name and that I need to pay the embassy money to crate it.
I showed her the unavailable appointment slots printed out from USA embassy website. She said it was not her business. I told her I could not get an appointment and and there are no walk ins. Fell on dear ears.
there was a young American girl with the same letter and email correspondence from embassy (I didn’t have email correspondence) and she was denied too. Perhaps because they seem to have an argument (I could hear them from the sitting area) the young American girl did not get even seven days.
as I was waiting for my passport and extra seven days an elderly gentlemen also came in with the same letter.
the immigration officer repeated her story and insisted we all needed this letter. This was in the “K” section the section for visa exempt arrival extensions.
I saw two other people with the letter get rejected. Not looking good.
at least seven days puts me past Malaysia lock down? What are my options for visa runs on April 5?
what a headache.
So basically you cannot just print off the US Embassy's 'extension letter.' Correct?
Regarding Part 2 and the whole matter, if one has exhausted all extensions and is NOT on a Tourist Visa would this letter from the embassy still work as it specifically states for tourism nothing else. Maybe I missed something.

The possibility of a Marxist like him becoming POTUS is laughable.
Your post & view along all those that 'liked' it are not only out of touch but sadly mistaken.
Why do I say this and accuse all those who actually liked such a comment...
Bernie continually is leading in polls...
Bernie has finished either first or second in the latest 3 states...

Assuming he gets it I would give him a 50/50 chance
Ppl like freebies and Bernie will promise them by the truckload
Trump's slogans will be yesterday's warmed-up spaghetti.
People like freebies. You mean corporations and the wealthy class? With their bail-outs or subsidies? Or maybe you mean the vast military budget.
Oh, I see you rather than addressing those as the real issues, you repeat corporate talking points that gaslight regular people...
'freebies'
Hell yeah, I want 'freebies.' I want my free education and healthcare. Hell yes. Why kick shoes with no shoes on...the older generation seems to forgotten that after Ronald Reagan's rolling back of FDR's policies that were similar to Bernie's..
All the while these same people who argue the such are okay with unregulated capitalism and the income inequality to the extent it is today. No thanks.
Yeah, I'm glad the many folks from different communities are coming together to demand more from the gov rather than being marginalized.

Most European countries already have a system which is similar to what Bernie wants to implement. So there are ways to solve these problems.
Exactly, you see Americans especially those over 45 have really been fully 'wiped' in terms of demanding more basic human rights. IMO. Folks in France protest all the time.
It's nuts really when you think about it. Why does the US not have free healthcare. Not to mention society that addresses income inequality. People will argue, 'how will you pay for it'? LOL They don't ask that question when in comes to THE MILITARY.
What we have here is a politician that has been striving for the people for over 20 years. Not voting for Bernie, IMO, is not only lacking empathy for your fellow American but actually against your own socioeconomic interest. Oh, did I mention, naive...????

Nope. He appeals more to older voters than younger voters. He has almost no appeal among blacks and Latinos. The star among younger voters in Bernie. Mayor Pete should drop out and help clear the field to oppose Bernie.
It's basically a three way contest already for the democrats:
Bernie
Biden
Bloomberg
The 3 B's.
I agree with you.
Funny how the DEMs always had that saying 'vote blue no matter who' right? Except for you know..Bernie.
Bloomberg is another nasty rich guy from NYC. To be quite straightforward, IMO, not voting for Bernie is simply dumb. I'm happy to debate anyone on that. Ha.

Mayor Pete is shady for sure. The openly gay, rude, and smarmy politician that has gentrified NE Indiana actually is not appealing to many of the LGBT community. Indiana is a zombie state mostly, folks have been brainwashed to be against unions along with more worker's rights.
The guy is full of platitudes, lacking any substance all the while having a bad past with African Americans.
I said rude because did you see him in the last debate? But I digress..

There is according to the news a good chance she(sottomyer) and others will be deciding my countries fate capitalism vs radical dem socialism/communism. I prefer the status quo and millions who gave their lives to defeat freedom from government rule

Painting with a broad brush there while taking points from corporate media. Interesting to note that latest talks include some conservatives actually being okay with Bernie. I can't give any sources for that though.
Let's just be frank here, at least as much as it's worth for ThaiVisa here, ha. Your points that are clearly against reforms including those that address income inequality, healthcare, education, green jobs, climate change, and social justices within the countries institutions for rhetoric that just is over used and out of touch..Your welcome to go back to the WW2 Era. Haha, "I prefer the status quo.." Wow...????♂️???? FDR didn't like the status quo..
Enjoy your day though!
P.S. The USA already has socialist type programs...

Could you clarify please. You are saying who is a 'communist'? I don't recall one in the current presidential race. Interesting how you also mentioned the 'constitution.'

Some of the things he comes out with are on a par with a midnight drunk howling at the moon.
This is a particularly good example.
Just to add a bit more.. What is truly shocking is that many regular American's (working class) support the liar. He does not represent the working class. He represents the interests for Wall Street and continuing the current reduction of the middle class. Yes, I know neo-liberal policies have done that also. Trump is not helping them. Some folks believe in that whole 'the economy is better' malarky. It's better for the rich. Not for people working 2 jobs to make ends meat. Whatever happened to more union's and a better quality of life. Naive? Content? Watching to much TV? Lacking empathy for your fellow American?
Frankly, and I'm a Yank, supporting Trump is simply...being a DA IMO. But of course I respect your choice. Surely not your reasoning. Ha.

I was just curious as to why one continues to support such a president?
You know one that represents the ruling or ultra wealthy class. Let me guess, so you can keep your health insurance despite saving more overall and despite everyone getting a free education and healthcare? Did I mention...war..that and legalization. Dam, what is not to like..
Oh, but those fond of republican talking points (aka-the rich man's voice) will say 'how will he pay for it?' Funny people...
I have appreciated Trump being outspoken on the whole 'Russia' hoax...

I have no idea of course, but I always view all of these strange foreigner death cases as reason to never get involved with local people in anything. No "can we work together", no sharing, no business, any money for building etc... All goes through wife's hands. This falang is not involved! I don't know them, they don't know me. Smile and wai.
Your right. Anyone in disagreement about the value of such a 'real' comment in regards to the locals is just naive. IMO.
Christ, Thai's are really something else, in this village I am at, these folks are constantly focused on me when I'm out.
Coming from someone who can speak Thai and well aware of how 'Thai' folks are, for the most part, if your looking for a genuine friendship most of the time you wont be finding it with a Thai man and less so with Thai woman. It can be tough staying positive about the locals and clearly you can see I'm not.
On a positive note...well...maybe someone can provide a good recent experience with some Thai folks. Could warm our hearts!

I have began to notice unnecessary requests for my passport also.
My guess it's a mix of 'control issues for the Thais' and mostly though, simply, 'lack of understanding.'
You don't need my passport to make a print...

Those masks aren't even that effective really. Mostly against, liquid contact or larger objects. Yet going off saying something like that.
It has to do with Chinese loss of face and putting the blame on falangs...Thats all..

You see that man in the illustration. The mid-west in America is filled with men and women who are heads of households and parents of children that all have such nutty/twisted views. Sick people they are. Christian nationalists. #zombies Just my opinion.
Taxes...what a joke...they can't even perform a successful audit of $21 Trillion unaccounted for in the military from 2008-2015.
It's a big racket folks..just print more money.
