This is a "short story", compared to my driving licence renewal. New address and new passport= 3 day nightmare! And then, even though I've got cataracts (fixed soon I hope?), they did everything to pass me, tapping me on the arm when the 2 sticks were aligned, giving me 2 or 3 guesses to get the colours right. And didn't even put "glasses" on my licence! Lovely people.

Lazada.:- Class II or III stockings are much cheaper than, say, the shop at the Police General Hospital. (300 baht compared to German imports at 1300 baht.) Black or beige. I often wear coloured class 2 stockings so I don't look like my grandmother! -

Recent research shows adverse effects in knee joint from too many cortisone injections. (We all know that anyway. Damages tendons). They're getting better results from hyaluronic acid injections. (A lubricant often used in eye drops for treatment of corneal pathology).

It's not rocket surgery! Poor brushing technique is nearly always due to laziness. You must brush for a TIMED 2 minutes, not guessing. And when you turn your hand around, don't miss the canine area. And each tooth has 5 surfaces. And floss at night. And think about a "Waterpik", because all the brushing in the world won't get every bit of stringy food out, just the plaque.

You could always go for an electric toothbrush, which are always soft. They usually have 30 second warnings, and a 2 minute alarm. In the end, they don't clean better, but clean easier. Therefore, better for people who don't have good brushing technique.
