Higher wattage will have higher pressure. The difference between those pumps is usually noticed in the upstairs shower where the 100 W is likely to deliver an annoying pulse.
Thank you very much.
The confusing thing about it, is that the Homepro shopping page has some pumps with lower wattage priced higher than those with higher wattage for the same brand.
For example:
Mitsu 250w 5,400thb.

Mitsu 150w 5,600thb.

The old one has:
Suction Pipe: 20mm
Discharge Pipe: 20mm
Are these standard measurements?
We would want Homepro to deliver and take off the old one and install the new one.
Thanks.

Thanks.
I guess that that would be this one?

What would be the different between a 250W and a 100W like this:

Does the difference in Wattage affect the water pressure? Or does it put more strain on the pump motor?
Thank you very much.

We will be renovating an old house.
The water pump that was there during the great flood of 2011 will be replaced.
It actually still worked a bit, but then gave up the ghost and packed up.
It's a small 2 story house, water pump about 2 meters from the front door, there is a big large water tank/resevoir right next to it. I would guess 2m x 2m x 3m.
Downstairs bathroom with sink, shower, toilet about 8-10 meters away maybe. Kitchen sink the same. Upstairs toilet, sink and shower.
First time ever buying or thinking about a water pump.
Complete water pump virgins.
This is the info from the old pump.
We would like to go into Homepro at the weekend armed with the knowledge of what we need, what is best.
Thank you.

Pink Government Bank is named 'Omsin'.
If looking for you kids future in Thailand, buy a small condo, rent it and put the returns in proper account. I don't know how much interest these kids accounts give, but it's likely not a lot.
BAY Mee Tae Dai account pays 2% on 100k+ last time I looked. Paid monthly.
Put the unit in your will as being left to your child (just in case)
Then transfer to them when they come of age.
Much better than some low paying bank account.

Great, thanks.

Still no yes or no answer.

My 3 yr old daughter is moving from Nursery to KG1.
I would like to spend additional time doing stuff with her, besides lego, play, arts and crafts, singing and dancing etc.
Does anybody have any links to downloadable and printable material for KG1 level?
I would guess it is stuff like tracing dotted lines, circle big or small objects etc etc.
A PDF book would be fantastic, if possible.
Thanks very much.

centuries of buffalo and carts to modern motorized vehicles in one generation.....
Add a complete lack of foresight, thought of others, or believe in ones mortality, and well.... there ya go.
Thailand is ready for a culture of bicycles like Venus is ready for Eskimos and igloos.

Gotta have the new Hilux and iPhone.

Great, thanks.

I imagine that they get a lot of trade ins on their bikes as newer models come out.
Do they have a used sales department there where they sell them? Presumable they would have been checked over, given a service, and you get a warranty. Or not, being Thailand.
Do they sell used models there? How are the prices compared to private sales etc.?
Thanks.

Going to Makro is a bit of a slog, I'd prefer just buy online.
Bags/packets of coffee beans. A Thai Facebook retailer would be perfect.
Anybody know of a Thai coffee bean retailer online in Thailand?
Thanks.

Obviously the annual service fees cover what they cover, but I am renting out a unit and I would like to have a private content's insurance.
Covering, not much really, value of furniture and fittings and appliances etc. Total value maybe 300,000 baht.
Any recommendations or experience?
Thanks.

How's Phu Nam Ron nowadays for people with Thai Visas (non-Imm Multi Entries).
Still a simple in and out, 900 baht, scenario?
cheers.

Only 11 mil.
And got himself caught.
Amateur.

i would stop paying....
Not only immature, but stupid.
Do you know about the knock-on effect that this has on the property?

And you, sir, need to read correctly.
Actually, the other poster made a statement of hearsay, which you (incorrectly) read as a statement of fact.
As for android TV's no idea, standard media center and PC connected to my TV's work well.

Its truly is bizarre that the slowest accelerating and braking, least maneuverable, worst visibility, and most dangerous vehicles on the road (tour busses) drive around with complete disregard for everyone else. I still don't know why they are in such a hurry. Is it really that important to get the Russian and Chinese from one crappy venue to another that quickly?
Might is right. Size rules in the jungle.
The sooner they get there, the sooner they can sleep in the hammock in the luggage hold. Plus they need to get there ahead of their colleagues in order to prove their manliness.

It's not to warn any trains that their bus has the right of way?

I bought the red Duchess one (CM5000) very happy with it. I was expecting that it takes the same time to heat up as a kettle or hot water jug that they have here, absolutely not. From plugging it in, it will be steaming hot by the time you've gotten out your cup.

From what many posters post on Thaivisa:
8,000 Muslim men and boys were murdered in the space of a few days. They'd support such actions.

I agree about the over inflated prices of new condos.
There are some real bargains to be had on used units. Certainly going to bump up the roi.
Don't be in a rush, look around, I wouldn't buy new on a investment property.
I would buy an empty used unit in a good building with good management. Refurbish using good materials. No laminated chipboard furniture and plastic sofas!
Better stuff isn't that much more expensive.
good luck.
