  1. So if I make a border run in 90 days to Malaysia with a multiple entry stamp I still have to report in person, online or by mail to the immigration office that issued the extension? Crossing the border would gain me nothing?
  2. Thank you for explaining the difference it is confusing since I applied last time from Savannahket Laos. So if I pay for a multiple entry stamp for 3800 baht do I also have the ability to either stamp at any office or do it online also? I have three options?
  3. If I understand correctly I go to the office again on this Tuesday and will issue me a one year visa not sure if it is multi-entry Type O or single. So I am guessing when I go in that is when I ask for a multiple entry and pay another 3,800 baht plus another 1,900 baht for the one year visit itself. Once this visa is finished plan in the future to just use the Savannkhet, Laos Thai embassy it sure was a far less hassle than this. I paid $200 did not have have to deal with mountains of paperwork, pictures of hose, bank statements, singing my name over 100 times in one visit. Having to pay (party) money for ??? . Never again if I had known what a hassle it was.
  4. Its all a bit confusing since this is the first time I applied for a one year Type O visa for marriage inside of Thailand NOT in America. I return to Petchabun Immigration on Tuesday after they did their house check about three weeks ago. That is I guess when I decide to do 90 day reporting online, visa the office every 90 days or do a border run. I prefer to do a border run as for me much more easy to cross into Laos or Malaysia when I choose stamp and be done with it. I have little trust with any online Thailand anything and every time I return to the office they have their hands out for more money and I sit and sign mountains of paper work. So if I understand correctly. If I have a multi-re-entry stamp given to me at a Immigration office in Petchabun If I cross a border within 90 days I DO NOT have to go to the office nor do anything online?
  5. If I have a multiple entry visa stamp from the Petchabun Immigration office can I also do 90 reporting online if unable to do a border run?
  6. That is what the word multiple entry means.
  7. I have to agree with you 100% and after paying an extra 5000 baht to (make things more easy) I was not pleased just a total custerfrack from the moment I first walked into the office. Who is your agent and how much? So I can end this misery.
  8. Ok Thanks so much for the info this is all new to me since my last visas were either issued in the states or at the Laos office. This is my first getting a visa at an immigration office within Thailand and hopefully my last not worth the hassle and prefer traveling to another country every 90 days.
  9. I will make sure I have a multiple entry stamp from the Petchabun office before traveling to Laos. Would love to change this visa as soon as possible going to the office has been a complicated pain every time I go.
  10. If that is the case. Has anything changed with the Type O Marriage requirements at that office. And , Is it possible to stop my current visa out of the Petchabun office cancel it early and reapply for Laos and get a multiple entry visa there? I much prefer traveling to a border every 90 days then deal with that office any longer.
  11. I signed my name ninety six times (I lost count after that) the same mountain of documents, pictures, new passport pictures, map to house all the exact same stuff (this time even more papers) After over two hours could not get out of there fast enough. Now I return again in another twenty days for another pile of papers, the same old <deleted>, after a house visit and of course under the table money for no good reason. Where does this nightmare end and when does the office in Savannaket Laos finally open so I don,t have to deal with this any more and just cross a land border every 90 days?
  12. Little good Thai Immigration spent $$$ on catching foreign criminals entering the country.
  13. ZZZZZZZZZZZ ! I have very rarely had any issues with the Thais over the years. When taking a photo I often ask when I am taking a street scene picture never. A video the same I plan to ignore this BS!
  14. Attracting more of the Full Moon Party morons. Stupid enough to pay for worthless Covid insurance that should give you a hint of their brain power and drug/booze soaked brains
  15. Who is the lawyer in what province? Can a lawyer from another province be used?
  16. Hiring a lawyer it seems can cost a fair amount of money to have a will written for my Thai family. Can I write a will and summit it at the local district office where I live? What process is needed. Any helpful information I would be most grateful.
