It lloks like a Google account problem. Things are failing when signed in (or trying to sign in).

Is the mini hdmi still to big? If so, it's probably a micro HDMI.

The rates are good enough for all practical private use.
Whether you get what you pay for can only be answered if you tell what package at AIS have you subscribed?
70 ms ping is extraordinary bad within Thailand as already described above.
What method you use to measure speed?
Ads in browser is a completely separate topic. Nothing to do with server used for speed testing.
Also, is this fibre or mobile?
It doesn't actually specify in the OP...

Maybe something like this site would help?
Free Online OCR - convert PDF to Word, Images to text, JPEG to Word
-
Which foreign language?
Do want to convert an actual piece of paper as the source or an image?
I would start by looking for some OCR software to convert the source language into a text file.
You could then use Google Translate; although its accuracy is not always the best.

No, the CPU is almost certainly not tthe bottleneck.
What is it you are actually trying to achieve with that fast connection? For example, if you are downloading files to a hard disk, then the hard disk is going to be the bottleneck.

If you compare the hashes and they match then you can be pretty sure you have a 100% genuine and unmodified installation media.
If so, there is (next to) zero risk.

Do you have a link to this?
Unfortunately not.
I kept a note of them all for my own records a while back since the information is a pain in the neck to find.

*900*3704# 1 Mbps (26.75)
*900*3705# 2 Mbps (29.96)
*900*3706# 4 Mbps (34.24)
*900*3707# 6 Mbps (48.15)
*900*3708# 10 Mbps (58.85)
Numbers in brackets are the prices inc. tax
I don't think there is a data cap on these

Yes, I read that after. However. You need to have Win 7 with a real key first, which cement what I started with in this thread. End!
Incorrect!
Install Windows 10 using the "I don't have a product key" option and then make sure you select the correct version to install. After that, activate it with the W7 key.

You need to check how many people are "seeding" the file. This means how many people have complete copies. If no one had a complete copy then there is now way you will ever get the complete download. It's possible that people who do have a complete copy do not keep their PCs on 24/7, so in that case, patience will indeed be a virtue.
When you choose a file to download, you are usually better off looking for one that has a high number of seeds but I believe different torrent clients may use different terms,

Just to add to the points already made, even if set the default to USB file transfer, you will usually have to "unlock" the phone's lock screen before it will show up.

I don't mind if the hard disk is lost in this operation.
I only want to know if this is possible. In the old days of DOS, you were supposed to enter the number of heads/Cylinders when partitioning a hard disk.
There should be a way to do this on this disk.Diskpart (should) be able to do it all.
I've used it before to do similar fixes,

Be very careful trying to use this and make sure you work on the correct disk.
If you cleabn the wrong one you could wipe your system,

Clean the disk using diskpart?

Machine 1: Have you checked the CMOS cell battery? It may be losing BIOS settings and having to reconfigure itself before each boot...

You can proceed with the install without the key.
When it asks for a key, just select "I don't have a product key"

Good luck.
CPU and SSD?

You can install a fully genuine copy of W10, downloaded direct from Microsoft, and use it normally without activating. You may lose some cosmetic features and personaliztion but the OS is [otherwise] fully functional.

What is the make and model of the laptop? In many modern laptops, a CPU upgrade isn't really practical.
Ignore me...
Rereading the post made me realize you probably mean a new laptop, not upgrading an old one.

Given 100Mbs download speed is a common internet package around the world these days, is computer processing power now at a level where 100Mbs download speed is the bottle neck?
I mean, if the newest and fastest processor is cable of processing, say 500Mbs, but your ISP can only send down your line 100Mbs, would it not be a waste of money, unless you work on you computer with some software that requires a lot of resources?
I have heard of 1Gbs download speeds, but to my knowledge, I have never used one, and if I did, with a Core i7 processor, if I did a speed test, what could I expect the results to show?
With any semi-capable PC, you should expect to get over 900 Mbps real-world speeds.
