  1. It all depends on whether she can be unburdened by what has been, and can imagine what will be.
  2. Joe also had only a rather passing relationship with "The Truth". Everything from claiming to be a six handicap at golf to tax cuts for trillionaires to no Americans dying under his watch....
  3. If Trump ever managed a gas station, it is more than Kamala has ever managed. AFAIK she has never held a private sector job in her life, never had to meet or manage a payroll. She's had her mouth firmly attached to the government teat for her entire career. I won't make any crude jokes about what else her mouth has been firmly attached to. In that way I guess she was perfect for Biden. Both are literal lifelong career government apparatchiks, drifting ever upwards on a political breeze. Perfect examples of the Peter Principle in action.
  4. She withdrew because she was polling at zero, had no money, and was made to look like a complete fool at the debates by Tulsi Gabbard. So yeah, put her up against The Donald. She may have a chance, as long as she can be unburdened by what has been.
  5. Yes, I am sure she can. Unburdened by what has been.
  6. ........Buahahahaha! Sorry, you forgot the /s at the end of that sentence. Biden himself isn't getting credit for his "awesome accomplishments". Why would Kamala?
  7. You may be right, but I don't see it. Too many failures, too many stupid gaffes. If she were any good, Biden would have been 25th Amendment-ed out of office long ago. Not to mention, she would have done better than ZERO percent in the 2020 primaries. TBH the only possible candidate I would fear is Michelle Obama, and I don't think she is interested.
  8. And yet.... according to polling nobody believes you. They rate Trump ahead of Joe on all those issues, plus bigly on the border and even higher on 'protecting democracy'. All this with a fawning media and the bully pulpit of the presidency. So what is the problem?
  9. Harris is the dream candidate for the GOP to run against. Vain, fake, terrible voice, cannot speak extemporaneously, and an utter failure as VP. Hell, she isn't even a real African-American- she is a Jamaica/India mix. Perhaps the worst of anyone the Democrats could pick.
  10. This is true. Resigning and deciding not to run are different. Both options are on the table, as is gutting it out and staying at nominee. The key is what the apparatus of the Democratic party wants.
  11. So true. RIght after the debate, they were all positively funereal. All calling for a replacement. Then last weekend, word came that Joe was staying. So they tried to peddle the lie that the debate was just "one bad night". But in the past 48 hours there have been major leaks in the dam. Some Democrats are openly calling for Joe to resign. Donors to the party are worried. So now suddenly we are back to calling for a replacement. They are just swinging in the wind, looking for a final answer. But yeah, the big issue is who has been actually running the country while Joe has been having his "moments". Who knew, when did they know, and why didn't they say anything? This isn't a matter of partisan politics, it is national security. And for all the BS talk on the left of "saving our democracy", what could be more important to democracy than making sure an unelected cabal of behind the scenes political operatives aren't running the country?
  12. You may have a point. I have been thinking about the timing of this debate- why so early? Why even before both candidates are the official nominees of their respective parties? I think it may be a vast conspiracy by the Democrats. IF Biden had done well at the debate, no loss. All the talk of cheap fakes can continue. But if he crapped the bed, plenty of time to find a replacement. Imagine the debate had been in September, after the nominations and weeks ahead of the election. The Democrats would be sunk. No time to replace Biden, only have to take the loss and look to 2028. This may be a blessing in disguise for them.
  13. True enough. But there are some large caveats. Pride Parade is one of the biggest events of the year in Toronto. Plus the anti Israel protests are not really racial or cultural in nature, but political. So you could say that leftists rank below LGB people in the Oppression Olympics in this case. Hopefully both of these situations will open a few eyes in the liberal/left/LGBT communities that they are NOT liked by conservative Muslims or political Islamists, and that they are being used.
  14. Hey man! Those tubes ain't gonna clean themselves, you know!
  15. I know, that is quite sad. I guess the racial composition of the victims and the criminals does not fit the accepted narrative. I can only imagine the coverage if, for example, two Muslim girls wearing hijabs were assaulted by a gang of white guys. But this story puts the government and the policy on immigration in an embarrassing light, so it is buried. Shows where the groups each rank in the Progressive Victimhood Table of Anger. Muslims rank higher than run-of-the-mill gay people, so therefore no crime was committed.
  16. If Biden leaves, then she HAS to be the interim president, God help us. As for afterwards, the convention in August would choose a nominee. But who would dare vote against her? She has the melanin forcefield, in spite of having exactly zero African American ancestors. But hey, you never know. Who knows what will be, unburdened by what has been?
  17. Jezus Crist, what an ignorant answer. I am about as right wing as they come and have nothing but sympathy for the victims here. It doesn't matter in the slightest who they are dating, why they were celebrating, or what they were wearing. Two innocent young women were set upon by a pack of dogs for no reason whatsoever. The police need to prioritize this, find the perps, jail them, and then deport them. If for some God forsaken reason they are already citizens, revoke their status.
  18. I think it is only fair that, IF there is another debate, that Team Trump get to choose the rules and venue. So, have the debate in Las Vegas in the Allegiant Stadium in front of 50,000 fans. Moderators are Dana Loesch and Michael Knowles. No podiums, just a stage to walk on. Two hour limit, bring your own microphone. Only fair.
  19. Yes, and i am sure that is what you were referencing with your tiny fisted tantrum, eh?
  20. Ah, yet more of the veiled Nazi references. Charming. Especially when used against a man with Jews in his family. Nothing but class, YouAgain. Nothing but class. BTW, if you are going to try and use German words as an insult, at least take the time to look them up and spell them correctly. Thanks.
  21. Man, that split-screen that CNN used really killed Biden. I guess they were hoping to catch Trump doing some hysterics, shouting into a muted microphone, etc. Instead, they got Biden staring rigidly into space, mouth agape. I was impressed by Trump's discipline. If he keeps it up, he will win for sure. It was apparent that Biden's strategy was to needle Trump, but it didn't work.
  22. I am sure this was just another 'Lone Wolf' attacker, from the official brotherhood of lone wolves. Nothing to see here, move along.
  23. You might want to start reading news and stop reading The Nation.
  24. I like it when she has the guys from the Fifth Column podcast on. Their show is good too, although only once a week.
  25. IMHO the gaslighting about Biden's condition over the past year or so will really haunt both the Democratic Party and the media (but I repeat myself). Even up to last week they were peddling this nonsense about "cheap fakes" and denying reality. Like I have said before- they knew. They have known for a long time that Biden was slipping. And they not only hid it from the American people, they actively lied about it, and they tried to shame/silence anyone who mentioned it. I think this explains the panic after the debate. The first reaction was "Joe's gotta go", and you saw it for about 24 hours. Editorials, reactions on tv, blogs, interviews. Endless speculation about who can/should replace him. Then the reality set in that the only way to get rid of Joe is to convince him to voluntarily leave. Which won't happen. So the narrative shifted 180 degrees. Now it was "just one bad night" and "I'm old but at least I tell the truth" and "let's win this thing with the guy that got us here". It is so fake and peurile. The damage to the Democratic brand is done.
