  1. Do you have any evidence of this land sale? I looked for it and didn't find any.
  2. Nice shift of the goalposts. You were asserting that terrorists can't be 'killed' into not existing because their ideas will permeate into the next generation and so on. I provided a real world example of where that did not happen. You ignored it and instead wrote a long laundry list of talking points that had nothing to do with your original point. Classic tactic. I'll give you a "B-".
  3. Yeah, just like what happened after WW2 when all the Nazis were killed. Their kids and spouses all became Nazis and Germany remained in thrall of the Third Reich. Try again.
  4. Ah yes, the 'greedy Jew' trope. Seems to reinforce the anti semitic reasoning for the riot. Not to mention, there is something strange about showing up at a "peaceful" protest with weapons like bear or pepper spray etc.
  5. If they arent anti semitic, then why demonstate in front of a SYNAGOGUE?!? That is a Jewish building, not an Israeli one. AFAIK, Israel does not sponsor synagagoues. IF the protesters were anti-Israel, they should have protested in front of the Israeli consualate. I think they really showed their true feelings. Palestine won't have peace until the terrorists who are in charge are removed. Yet I never hear any of the pro side also asking for the removal of the PA and Hamas... wonder why?
  6. If Hezbollah wants to come and get some, they are welcome to try. They will be left at room temperature and staring at the sky, like every other group that has tried to take on the IDF.
  7. How many of the scumbag protesters do you think would allow Jews to live in their version of Palestine? Or would condemn Hamas for their part in the violence in Gaza... sorry, their bias is obvious. Anyone who is actually Pro-Palestine would also be completely against any part of Palestine being ruled by misogynistic terrorists.
  8. As with most things, the good VP is wrong. And dissembling madly. It would probably be easier if she were to more clearly state her own position before decrying those of others. But she won't, at least until she checks which direction the wind is blowing.
  9. Biden was a low ranking graduate of a low ranking law school, back when Nixon was president. You think that matters today? Besides, how many big cases did he participate in during his career as a lawyer? Biden's problems are that he is freezing up (a la Mitch McConnell) regularly. He gets exasperated easily. He mumbles and leaves sentences unfinished. He forgets important things. He doesn't exude strength or power at all.
  10. Ya think? Biden's recurring troubles have no bearing? But they might have shot themselves in the foot for a couple reasons. As others have said, it is a convenient excuse for Team Trump if he does badly- the debate was RIGGED! Also, if Trump manages to control himself, it makes Team Biden look petulant and scared. Finally, Trump not being able to free-lance will focus attention on Biden and there is a large chance that he will start to fade, lose his train of thought, etc.
  11. One thing to think about it this- which side made all the demands for concessions from the other? That may tell you who is actually nervous.
  12. Protestors need to learn that you win stupid prizes if you play stupid games. If you stand in front or a car or bus, you may get hurt. That is 100% the fault of the protestor- they deliberately put themself in harm's way. Darwin in action.
  13. If it were your child or mine, I dare say we would rate their life over a 5,000 year old pile of stones getting a paint job. And running them over won't necessarily kill them. Just make them say 'ouch' a bit. Plus the odds are that they would voluntarily move before they disappear under the wheels. If you play in the road, there is a chance you will get hurt. Isn't that what we teach kids when they are 4 years old? The looneys of Stop Oil should know that.
  14. Also the state with the second highest percentage of blacks in the population. Are you saying that blacks are inbred and mean and low IQ? That's rather racist...
  15. True. Blocking a roadway has potentially more dire consequences. Medical emergencies, vital appointments that annot be missed, perishable goods being shipped. I say just run them over. Or, as I saw in one video, reverse the cars until they are back end to the protesters, then give them a blast of the exhaust smoke. See how dedicated they are then.
  16. This doesnt seem reasonable to you? As a civilian firing on the IDF, he is lucky to not be killed immediately.
  17. It is cases like this that will cost Biden the election. Any parent of a young daughter will recoil at the thought of untold thousands of dirtbags like these guys just roaming around the country. This isn't the first case like this, and tragically it won't be the last. And it seems ridiculously easy to fix. Anyone caught crossing the border illegally is kept in detention until their claims can be heard. What is so hard about that?
  18. Ludicrous comparisons abound- England vs. Germany in 1940 as comparable to Ukraine today? Don't make me laugh. There is no world war happening now, and god willing one won't break out. Ukraine isn't worth the life of one Canadian soldier IMHO, especially since getting involved would provoke a global war. Ain't worth that either. At the moment it is all about posturing and chest puffing, not about actual policy and searching for solutions.
  19. Bullfeathers. The northern states abolished slavery in 1805, and the importation of slaves soon after. All those slaves working in the factories, right? On the railroads, in the mines. Nonsense. At the start of the Civil War, just over 10% of the total population was black slaves. And most worked in the south, in agriculture, creating relatively little product compared to free workers. So enough of the bumper sticker philosophy.
  20. A lovely sentiment. Except the small detail that Ukraine really isn't the poster child for "democracy and freedom" now, is it? Never has been, even before the Russian invasion. At best, ranked as "partly free" by Freedom House. Any long range capability that NATO has relies almost exclusively on the USAF. It isn't a question of sympathy, that is just an easy dodge to avoid reality. Much like the good old shibboleth of "you must be a Putin puppet" if a person is not 100% on board with starting a global war to eject Russia from Ukraine.
  21. ...or Russia will hunker down, go on the defensive, and keep hold of the territory they have already taken. One thing that is historically true about the Russian army is that they are a/ stubborn on defense and b/ very good engineers at creating defense in depth. The Ukranians found out last summer sadly during their failed offensive. So... best course of action? Cut a deal and call it a day IMHO. Enough death. Plus I am not sure how much blood NATO is willing to shed over trying to return Ukraine to status quo ante.
  22. It would be nice to stick to the topic at hand instead of your usual laundry list of talking points, dont you think? Trump called out NATO and made them a bit nervous. Good. They needed a wake up call. Hopefully it will be permanent. IF, as you say, Trump was a Putin puppet, he would never have done so. He would have let NATO quietly continue to starve their military forces of funds and materiel. Your accusation has no basis in fact. Trump also never would have warned Germany about the dangers of relying on Russia as their primary source for energy, IF he were a Russian stooge. So your crackpot theory has no basis in reality. As for destroying Russia's supplies, NATO doesn't have the long range strike capability to do that. The majority of their aircraft are strictly 'over the field of battle' types.
  23. Big deal. Still half of what Uncle Sugar spends all on his own. Plus notice the 10 years previous. Lots of catching up to do.
  24. Obviously Team Biden cares, as they were very VERY careful to craft an event that will hopefully disgiuse his obvious infirmity and weaknesses.
  25. Well, Team Biden was very explicit in the rules for the debate. They made several demands that were explicitly to protect Joe and put Trump at a disadvantage- no audience, cut mikes, time limit, friendly moderators, etc. What demands did Team Trump make?
