"Convicted felon" is redundant. Usually, "convicted" is followed by the actual crime. So how about we go with "convicted business document falsifier"?

I work in an academic setting where more than half the people are PhD holders. None of them expect to be referred to as "doctor", nor do they refer to themselves as "doctor". It IS used when citing academic papers or doing research, but generally as "NAME, PhD in (specialty)", rather than simply "doctor". It is thought of as gauche to insist on the title. If any title is used at all, it is "professor", but only when talking to students and referring to another faculty member. As in, "you should talk to Professor Jones about that..." But amongst peers? Never.

Yes to all of the above. Like a lot of people (myself included) he was not sold on Trump in 2015-6. I was actually hoping for a different candidate to win the 2016 primary, didn't think Trump had a chance against Hillary. I was wrong on both counts. He was a better president that I expected. I have to say Trump showed some rather large balls the way he handled almost being murdered. Standing up, acknowledging the crowd, was impressive. And before any naysayers appear, I would ask you this- have YOU ever been shot at? I have, and it is an unnerving experience. Even when it is just part of a training exercise and actually safe (as happened to me), it still turns your bowels to water. For Trump to stand up withing 45 seconds and respond as he did showed guts.
