Just read a article that Malaysia has now beat Thailand on Tourist arrivals first quarter of 2025. 10.1 million arrivals Thailand second 9.55 million arrivals You can see Thailand with the daily bad press reports of fighting drugs ect slowly getting worse for future Tourist arrivals 😱 Malaysia is the place to go 🥳

As has been mentioned many times Pattaya,s reputation is built on prostitution It's known Worldwide as the Sin city capital of Thailand Don't worry about the well known reputation of Pattaya It's a imagine that won't change plus don't forget Corruption to be included To much money 💰 🤑 to be made 🤑

As normal here some expats complain about anything Most like myself have commitments family house ect so no chance of leaving Thailand The others old single relying on Pensions ect talk the talk but don't walk the walk Most will stay in Thailand

I was surprised when they mentioned 16 years old -20 to receive the money why 🤔 The old handicapped sick who can't work Yes I agreed they deserved it and did receive it 👍 🤑 At least some were happy 😊

I think we can say the reputation of Pattaya and Phuket as a safe foreign Tourist place to come is slowly ebbing away 😱 Probably more for the many expats living there who are now hearing or reading maybe even seeing about the problems.
