I venture to guess that she did what she wanted to do without caring as most of the Thai girls do. They do it their way without regard for others, nothing can come before shopping and fun.
Additionally, I believe they will find not one of her contacts tests positive as it will follow suit with all of the other track and trace cases. It will be overshadowed by the protests and the need for security as if they let the cat out of the bag it will damage Thailands much coveted view of their own image. She should be charged with damaging the Image of Thailand, made to wai, pay 50 baht and go become a nun.

Define innocent. There's a good few I know whom I would put on his list.... no chance of "judicial" justice, if that phrasing works.
I am sure you could add some names! At 5k a pop, he'd soon be rich.
..based on the OPs article; as usual not enough sensible information to form a biased opinion; so one must presume they were innocent.

In the current situation if you were a landlord would you rather take a reduced rent or have your property empty?
I know of a few places where I live and the landlord would not reduce or give a grace period on the rent,
The tenants had no option but to move out, them properties still remain empty
One place was a small resort I drove by there the other day the jungle has taken over, the landlord has not maintained it and has a for rent sign outside.
..a close friend, (my lady) experienced the same thing with two premises..talk about cut off their noses to spite their faces..they insisted no rent reduction and everyone up and left, and now 9 months later they have gone to the wall not being able to service their loans..we tried to explain we could all help each other, but they didnt want to hear our idea..that's would-be Thai elitist for you!

Minister calls urgent cybersecurity talks after leak of 13m e-commerce accounts
By The Nation
Buddhipongse Punnakanta
The digital minister has asked experts to help plug gaps in e-commerce security after netizens discovered personal data from more than 13 million accounts up for sale on an underground website. The discovery earlier this week prompted widespread criticism of Thailand’s e-commerce data protection system.
Digital Economy and Society (DES) Minister Buddhipongse Punnakanta said the stolen data includes names, telephone numbers, email addresses, and transactions of customers who made purchases through Lazada, Facebook, Line, Shopee and other platforms in 2018.
The ministry contacted Lazada Thailand, who confirmed that the data was not leaked from its own system. Lazada said it is now investigating the source of the breach.
The DES minister has invited cyber experts from the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA), the National Cybersecurity Commission and all e-commerce platforms for talks early next week on ways to prevent the hacking and leaking of consumer data.
Puttipong said the DES ministry prioritises the security of personal information and was coordinating with all relevant agencies in a bid to combat the rising threat from cybercriminals.

Saltwater is good for flushing that too.
I've used baking soda and water for decades to cure an acid stomach. It works in minutes and avoids the numerous antacids that are expensive and no more efficient.
For chronic cases and GER it's better to consult a doctor.
For eating loads of peanuts, cookies, and beer together it works wonders I'm told by a compulsive friend of mine ????
..hmmm...what do you think a 'saline solution' is ?

..it will flush out your nasal pharyngeal cavity as will saline solution..that's about it.

Just after the last coup, there was a sharp spike in Thonglor police shaking down foreigners. In my case I was stopped by 2 motorcycle patrolmen. They wanted 50k baht because they said I had drugs on me. I told them I did not have drugs. They aggressively searched me and found nothing. They said if they wanted me to have drugs then they would make it so and I would be found guilty. I gave them 2k and they left. As a result of the many shakedowns
there was a public outcry with many expats registering their concern with their respective consulates. The concerns were communicated to the Thai leadership and positive action was taken.
Well last night at 10:15 I was walking briskly down Sukhumvit when 6 motorcycle police came at me from all sides. The location was near Asoke and within the Thonglor police jurisdiction. They asked what I was doing and I told them I was out for a walk to keep fit. They asked to search me and spent about 25 minutes throughly, almost meticulously, going through everything I had with me. They saw my money but made no move or said anything that would lead me to think they wanted to keep it. In fact they were careful to hand it back to me exactly as I gave it to them. This stop was not about trying to extort money from me. I find it troubling and strange that there were so many police focused on me. After a long yet fruitless search they turned and left as they came. I am writing of this account as I wonder if anyone recently had a similar experience or insight as to what is going on. I am interested in whether the search was a one off or is there an initiative underway and it's purpose. Tonight I did not go out.
...so you paid them for no reason..unbelievable!
