You need to go to the Banglamung licence office in person to make an appointment. You will need to show your licence and passport. They will then give you a date, you can decide if you want morning or afternoon. They will give you a list of what to bring for the test, including the website for the video. You need to watch this at home, answering questions online during the video. Assuming you answer correctly, a screen showing a message confirming you have passed the video test will display. You need to print this out, to take with you at your appointment. You cannot just show up and do the test. This was correct as of last week

I am from the UK, my daughter (now aged 17) was born in Thailand and has a Thai id card. When she was born, I went to the British consulate (as was) and obtained the relevant certificate recognising that she is my daughter. To obtain her first passport, rather than travel to BKK could an agent resolve all this - an agent in Pattaya ?? Thanks for any advice / recommendations

I'm told that if you do not receive any letter from DWP about claiming your pension, you can call and make the claim online. If this is correct, does anyone have the number ?? And if they already have your address in Thailand, can you still call and claim if the letter is not delivered ?
