Only people who had been infected with the virus, or were considered at high risk, would be quarantined
hopefully "wallet size" isn't a deciding factor in the risk calculation.

Obviously because there are no consequences apart from endangering their own and others health. So some simply don't care. Their are laws and regulations. But if they are not enforced they are good for nothing. But this is nothing new and surprising. Normally...
nothing to do with morals.. have you tried drinking beer with a mask on?
until someone comes up with a mask with a built in straw, people will have to take them off to imbibe
..or shut down nightlife entirely

One appeared on a beach on the Isle of Wight in the UK. Within a couple of days it had been vandalised. Maybe it was from aliens checking whether there is enough intelligence in the human race for us to be contacted. And maybe they'll come by in another few thousand years from now to check again. Or maybe they won't bother.
they could have saved themselves some effort and browsed a few threads here..
that would have put any doubt they had to rest ????

if the world follows the UK's lead there won't be any tourists until Thailand is fully vaccinated..
and if they don't hurry up they'll be needing boosters before they've even got their first doses in!

all worthy goals (if not april fools..) but the devil is in the details and i'm sure they'll eff that up. something like forcing said retiree to prove income by sending it all to a thai bank rather than allowing them to invest it as they please.. that kind off thing, non-ox comes to mind.
update: not april fools its being reported in multiple media sources including our national english newspaper

finally someone gets it.
now if they can just find 140M vaccine doses.. everything will be ok lol

So Samui will be a tourist Beach Paradise Bubble. Very nice, now what happens when the rest of the Thai population from other areas mixes with these bubble vaccinated tourists and they themselves have not been vaccinated. Or will there be a separation line with concertina wire separating the tourists from the domestic tourists?
probably need to be vaccinated to leave the islands.. domestic tourist or otherwise!
