  1. Yes I read it all and what can be concluded is that you have different standards for credible quotes from people. One one side a journalist with no extra knowledge of the incident that anyone else and you happily quote his opinion. Yet the former UK Attorney General who is also a lawyer you and discard her opinion because she was asked to leave Gov.
  2. So he has no more information on this incident than anyone else, thanks for the confirmation and his useless opinion piece
  3. A reminder of who Hamas are and why the IDF are in Gaza because of Oct 7th and the hostages still there. O Allah, destroy the Americans and their supporters. O Allah, count them one by one, and kill them all, without leaving a single one. Hamas Official Sheikh Hamad Al-Regeb Refers To Jews As 'Brothers Of Apes And Pigs' During A Rafah Friday Sermon, Prays For Annihilation Of Polytheists And Atheists, Adds: 'Oh Allah, Enable Us To Get To The Necks Of The Jews' Hamas Gaza leader Yehya Sinwar shouts: “We will tear down the border and we will tear out their hearts from their bodies. Attack every Jew on the globe by way of slaughter, killing' .
  4. And? He's a journalist nothing else. What does this journalist who said that know about it this? Has he more info than anyone else? What are his qualifications to make such a statement?
  5. Why are you being so deflective, you posted a quote and you have no idea of their credibility.
  6. I didn't post his quote. You did. Do you just post quotes without know the credibility of the people you quote?
  7. Because the are hostages. Supporting keeping hostages is just as bad as being a terrorist
  8. I read it, I had already posted that link What has that got to do with a statement from the journalist you quoted?
  9. What does this journalist who said that know about it this? Has he more info than anyone else? What are his qualifications to make such a statement?
  10. That wont be good enough for the Israel haters, waiting for all the deflection now.
  11. IDF investigators said the incident "should not have occurred" and that the authorities who approved the strike were mistakenly convinced they were targeting Hamas operatives. https://www.foxnews.com/world/idf-strike-killed-world-central-kitchen-workers-serious-failure-mistaken-identification
  12. Initial findings from IDF "Following a misidentification by the forces, the forces targeted the three WCK [World Central Kitchen] vehicles based on the misclassification of the event and misidentification of the vehicles as having Hamas operatives inside them, with the resulting strike leading to the deaths of seven innocent humanitarian aid workers. "The strike on the aid vehicles is a grave mistake stemming from a serious failure due to a mistaken identification, errors in decision-making, and an attack contrary to the Standard Operating Procedures." The Israeli military has also dismissed two officers over drone strikes on aid workers, citing rules of engagement violations. https://news.sky.com/story/grave-mistake-idf-releases-findings-of-what-went-wrong-in-strike-that-killed-aid-workers-13108160
  13. Here we go again with the fake numbers and percentages and this and admission from Gaza Health authority themselves. Israel-Hamas war: Gaza's morgue network has effectively collapsed - how are they recording their dead? Of the 21,703 identified fatalities whose details have been shared by the Hamas-run health ministry, 13,207 were women, children or elderly (61%). Until recently, however, the ministry had been reporting a figure of 72%. Mr al Wahaidi told Sky News that this was a "media estimate". He was not able to explain the basis for this estimate or who had produced it. https://news.sky.com/story/israel-hamas-war-health-system-collapse-in-gaza-leaves-authorities-struggling-to-count-the-dead-13107279
  14. Yes tragic mistake, you really need to catch up on other posts in this topic as I'm not going to keep on repeating the same thing
  15. No I was pointing out your lie that she is not a lawyer. That's all
  16. Jack Straw, he's got history re Hamas right? Jack Straw hints he was sacked for wanting Hamas talks Former British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw has hinted that his removal may have been down to a willingness to talk to Hamas. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2017/11/19/jack-straw-hints-he-was-sacked-for-wanting-hamas-talks
  17. Off topic. What's that got to do with the post I was replying to saying she was not a lawyer? Nothing. She is a lawyer and was the Attorney General before also
  18. Suella Braverman is a bigot who was kicked out of the government for various violations. She is not a lawyer to make such stupid biased statement. Actually she is also an excellent barrister (lawyer to you) and also served as Attorney General for England and Wales and advocate general for Northern Ireland.
  19. Braverman: Israel 'absolutely not' in breach of international law Israel is "absolutely not" in breach of international humanitarian law, former home secretary Suella Braverman has said. Ms Braverman, on a visit to the country, told the BBC the suggestion is "absurd" and "an insult to Israel". She added: "The suggestion itself is absurd and, frankly, an insult to Israel who have been going above and beyond the necessary requirements to ensure that civilian casualties are limited, to ensure that aid is received onto the Gaza Strip and distributed. "I have seen evidence myself, in terms of very up-to-date photographic evidence, of plentiful food packages and trucks of food, water and medicines getting to the people of Gaza." https://news.sky.com/story/politics-latest-uk-politics-sunak-starmer-general-election-vote-labour-tories-speaker-sky-news-politics-hub-12593360?postid=7479501#liveblog-body
  20. Who told you they were targeting aid workers? Read the posts above on Hamas use of ambulances and similar vehicles. That is where the mistake probably occurred. Who was inside the convoy
  21. John Kirby, White House national-security communications adviser, emphasized in a press conference this week, the State Department has “not found any incidents where the Israelis have violated international humanitarian law.” A real expert in this piece: Israel Defense Forces work to protect civilians — not kill them The investigation into the event is ongoing, but we do know Israel took immediate responsibility, initiated a national-level investigation and admitted the grave error very quickly. This is what law-abiding, moral, ethical military forces do even when they make mistakes in the fog and friction of urban combat. But despite this tragic event, the overwhelming narrative of Israel’s conduct in the war against Hamas in Gaza has been negative when in fact it has taken extraordinary measures to follow international humanitarian law and prevent civilian casualties and civilian harm. https://nypost.com/2024/04/04/opinion/israel-defense-forces-work-to-protect-civilians-not-kill-them/
  22. Another rejection from Hamas to end the war. They are determined to be finished off in battle no matter how many of their own civilians get sacrificed on the way. A senior Hamas leader says Egypt has put forward a ceasefire and hostage release proposal, but that it does not include anything new and that the terror group will not back down from any of its previous demands, days after an Israeli negotiating team returned from Cairo having drawn up the updated draft. https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/hamas-appears-to-reject-latest-gaza-ceasefire-proposal-from-egypt/
  23. Who cares if your not impressed.....its not about any other country aside from Russia and Ukraine, if you had any ethics and morals at all you'd support compensation for war crimes to victims but you obviously haven't with your deflection nonsense.
  24. His reply wasn't to your post........... you have some apologies to make................
