No surprise here then. The Hamas leader killed in Lebanon today was a UNRWA employee. He was the main contact between Hamas and Hezbollah. UNRWA confirms Hamas leader in Lebanon was its employee The United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees confirms that Fateh Sherif, named by Hamas as its leader in Lebanon, was employed by UNRWA, but notes that he was being probed over his political activities. Sherif was killed today in an airstrike on the al-Bass refugee camp in the southern Lebanese city of Tyre, along with his wife and children. Reports indicate he had been the principal of the UNRWA-run Deir Yassin Secondary School in al-Bass. “Fateh Al Sharif was an UNRWA employee who was put on administrative leave without pay in March, and was undergoing an investigation following allegations that UNRWA received about his political activities,” UNRWA says in response to a Times of Israel query. https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/unrwa-confirms-hamas-leader-in-lebanon-was-its-employee/

Trump supporters being allowed to publish an opinion in main stream media. Disaster! -
You are so disappointed that Israel has decapitated a major player in the axis of evil that you even start to make things up about Israel wanting to eliminate all Shia on the planet. Don't worry thaibeachlovers, Hezbollah's coffee lady and team of cleaners have already signed up to replace them. You're talking about Karma, better look your own way first.

Oh dear, what a shame. All the apologists and Putin supporters need yet another narrative now...... As Russia's GDP and inflation figures move in the wrong direction, the worst-case scenario for any economy looms large over Moscow. Russia's economy is signaling a fate worse than recession "There are signs of cooling domestic demand. However, there is no reduction in inflationary pressure," Russia's central bank cited in a summary of its latest policy meeting, translated by Bloomberg. The unfortunate pairing, more often known as stagflation, is something policymakers prefer to avoid at all costs. It's a scenario harder to thwart than a recession: when an economy slows down, central banks will loosen interest rates to revive activity. But if inflation keeps rising at the same time as a downturn, things quickly become complicated. Since interest rates must stay high to cool price growth, governments are left paralyzed. https://archive.ph/ifMjH https://www.businessinsider.com/russia-economy-outlook-stagflation-recession-inflation-gdp-growth-ukraine-war-2024-9
