  1. We can all get links from the BBC and plenty of other places, that is not however the Hard Talk interview where former ICJ President clarifies that it did not decide that the claim of genocide was plausible.
  2. You claimed the BBC interview but wont say what was said. Why?
  3. So you claim to have watched all the BBC version of the interview, I asked you what was said about that specific issue. No, you make claims I will ask you about them, you asking me to desist will not change that.
  4. I've read the rulings, on Jan 26th when it was issued and further to the 28th March when SA returned to court. Your claim: "there is little evidence of Israel complying with that ruling." From a couple of weeks ago: WATCH: U.S. has no evidence Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, Defense Secretary Austin says Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Tuesday rebuffed arguments that Israel is committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza https://www.politico.com/news/2024/04/09/us-has-seen-no-evidence-that-israel-has-committed-genocide-austin-says-00151241
  5. Baseless accusations that have nothing to do with what ICJ said which was: "Donoghue also said that the lawyers "in the room" in Israel were in the best place to make sure that Israel was complying with the order." When asked how the planned invasion of Rafah fits into Israel's compliance with the court order, she told HARDtalk that the court had made no explicit ruling on the military operations in Gaza. "It can't be said that continuing the operation itself violates the order," she said. "But quite clearly, the threats about going into Rafah are why South Africa went back to the court and why the court imposed additional, more precise measures." I am surprised you missed that seeing as you claim to have watched it.
  6. Poor and dishonest deflection when you know as well as I that the ICJ is Joan Donoghue at the time she was there when the ruling was made and also when SA asked for extra measures. Again where are you basing your claim that there is little evidence they are complying. Where are you getting this information from?
  7. Here is what you said: If you claim that where are you getting it from? Because its not from former ICJ Joan Donoghue. I watched the full vid twice. She indeed does talk about it which if you had watched it as you claim you would know exactly what she said about it as its specifically relevant.
  8. And that was? You claim there is little evidence of Israel complying, what did Joan Donoghue say about that when asked the same thing.
  9. That's what I asked you and seeing as you went to the source video and watched it. You should know what she said about that?
  10. How would you know there is little evidence of Israel complying. You said you watched the BBC version of the Former International Court of Justice President Joan Donoghue interview. If so you will know what she said about that yes?
  11. So Netanyahu partially funded No, not correct at all, do your research

  16. Should let the Pro Palestinian demonstrators know that even Gazans are becoming sick of their ex hero's
  17. I will not rest until every hostage, like Abigail, ripped from their families and held by Hamas is back in the arms of their loved ones. They have my word. Their families have my word. https://twitter.com/POTUS/status/1784205859054080051
  18. Lets see the Hamas supporters get out of this one. Israel ‘will suspend Rafah operation if Hamas agrees hostage deal’ An imminent military operation in Rafah will be suspended if a hostage release deal is secured, Israel’s Foreign Minister has announced. Israel Katz said on Saturday that the offensive would be called off if Hamas agrees to the deal, stressing that freeing the remaining hostages snatched by the terror group on October 7 was the government’s “top priority”. “The release of the hostages is the top priority for us,” Katz, a member of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s security cabinet told Israel’s Channel 12. He added: “If there will be a deal, we will suspend the operation” in the last Hamas bastion in southernmost Gaza. https://www.thejc.com/news/israel/gaza-israel-will-suspend-rafah-operation-if-hamas-agrees-hostage-deal-israel-katz-gxi6ywub
  19. The students at Columbia are being led by a racist, anti-Semitic terrorist supporter. Columbia protest leader: ‘Be grateful that I’m not just going out and murdering Zionists’ A leader of the pro-Palestinian protests at Columbia University had a video emerge on social media this week, threatening violence to “Zionists.” “Zionists don’t deserve to live,” student Khymani James said in a video from January. He is also heard saying “Be grateful that I’m not just going out and murdering Zionists.” “I don’t fight to injure or for there to be a winner or a loser, I fight to kill,” he said. https://thehill.com/homenews/education/4624467-columbia-university-protests-pro-palestinian-video-student/
  20. Here we go. As you know this has been discussed numerous times months ago. Last time you brought it up a refused to engage because it's off topic which it is. This time you again brought it up as an excuse for why Hamas attacked. I can provide plenty of other links to its intended recipients. Again stop the victim blaming and stay on topic.
  21. Of course he did. It was intended to help the Gazan civilians
