I'm sure bots are used by many including hostile countries, the whole point is the poll is not representative and proven to be fraudulent no matter what the outcome. Musk could indeed have reinstated Trumps account without the need for a poll but he decided to publicize the event on his twitter as a deciding factor.

Quite revealing observing some of the the Trumpies falling for this twitter poll when in the elections they were complaining about fake ID's dodgy voting machines, fraud, all manner of unproven conspiracies, 64 court cases found no evidence to change the results. Yet twitter, literally anyone can join from a few years old up, so long as you have access to a smart phone or computer, no ID needed, doesn't matter what country you come from, real evidence of bots and fake accounts and literally real evidence of twitter campaigns against American interests by hostile countries. Forget that though, Trump won so its all ok, despite Musk stopping the poll when he was just winning by a very small margin. Definitely a bookmark moment for reference...................????
